Do you ever "bounce" your stretches?

At the end of a stretching workout, for the last 10 seconds or so, I put everything I've got into the stretches . I basically "bounce" my stretches harder and harder each time, putting my body into it. Is this a bad thing? It seems like I'm working it a little more than just holding the stretch .

cant see it doing any harm - at the end of the session it will help fatigue the ligs more or tunicae < whichever one you are working.

Think this is called Explosive workouts, sets or reps depending on which ya doing at the time.

I do that sometimes too, I read a thread on it and was to referred as snaps or snapping. Never caused any problem for me.

It has always been said to never "bounce" your stretches , but that was for muscles and stuff. For a dick, I'm not sure. I've done it, and I'm okay. Just don't bounce so hard that you rip something and you should be fine.
