I think your first point is pretty much right. When women get together and start talking about sex/men they do often end up talking about penis size, but this is only because they're being competitive. Some women don't enjoy that sort of conversation; they think it's bullshit. I'm sure most women have a penis size preference, but it's only theoretical. When they find a man they like, they don't usually care if he's a bit bigger or smaller than average, so long as he doesn't have a hang-up about his penis. Size queens are very, very few and far between, and if they declare their interest in big cocks, the smaller hung guys shy away, so no one wastes anyone's time. It's just the same when it comes to us men having a tit size preference.
