This is subjective thema, but if the nature made it that children go out this way and no other, it is the side effect of giving a birth. Some women exercise muscles to go back, other women go back more or less without doing anything. Other remain loose.
From my point of view, as a man - it is not my problem if a woman is loose. If I have a standard dick and woman is wide then sorry woman, do something with yourself like exercises or surgery (yes, there are women who make their pus teen-like via the surgery).
