Lets say i gain .5 of an inch but have to take a few weeks off due to injury and i lose some of it. If i start back with the right intensity will it come back fairly quick? Or will i have to wait months again?

In my experience when u lost my gains the 1st 60% came quick like a month the or 2 and the rest was a bit of a grind

I did get that. I got a small penis when I was wearing the extender for longer as it got tightness due to pelvic floor, so I had to stay off. When I am doing the exercises to stretch the muscles, it have really helping my penis to go big and fat like where it was as before. Sometimes my penis go small when the pelvic floor don't relax and sometimes my penis go big when my pelvic floor muscle get relax. That is normal.

Do you have a pelvic floor issue?

I dont understand what you are trying to say

He is asking if you are having issues with pelvic floor muscles tightening too much, making the stretch more difficult.

I do not think I've lost length in the time I've been off. I know I've lost a little girth but doing a quick BPEL check with my hands to measure it appears I'm golden with length.

My workouts had tapered off a bit though due to life. Instead of the 5-6x a week I had gotten down to about 3x a week for a few weeks. I think that helped as far as retaining size.

No, im asking how fast do lost gains come back

Lost gains come back within a few days of training.

depends on how aggressive/often you train

EXACTLY. Any loss of temporary gains will return quickly but it takes work to get there. I would solely concentrate on regaining the loss by sticking with a length only routine, once you have claimed that size you can continue with a full routine.

What injury do you have?

It's more than 21 days since I started using the length master for 1 hour daily. I'm yet to gain back all my lost gains.

What are the stretches you are doing?

I just measured this evening and I think I'm back with the lost gain.
