These are a shock routine that I use on days I don't have allot of time to stretch. If you do nothing else find the time to get these in. A set takes only twenty minutes but the results are apparent after the first workout. These will give you an intense thorough workout with focus on ligs and tunica.

Set 1: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

Tunica Rotary Stretch:Pulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.

REST for 1-2 minutes

Set 2: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters, This time farther down the shaft (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

I like how this workout alternates between at least two different stretches. I use this approach in my stretching routine now. I do a few bundled A stretches then, a few of my BTC lig stretches, then back to the A stretches and keep alternating for the entire session. Sort of like "supersetting" with body building.
 
For those of us that can only really do one grip position for the A-stretch, should we just do three sets of the same grip or is there another variation we can use?
 
Tell ya summut?....if my length gains are crap [IMHO they are ok this time] or not great..I will add this....infact I will DEFF try this sometime.

when is it best to do this shock work, before or after blowing ur load cuz ive heard in this forum by Pole that its bettah after busting? Need ur take on i before i get into it
 
After you ejaculate you should be able to stretch with out worrying about erection.

I still don't get the rotary stretches....

Do you twist from the head, like you're opening a soda bottle, or do you just grip at the head, pull and "stir" the whole cock as if it's a spoon with the base being the central rotary point?

Somebody please break it down!?:(

What do you mean by farther down shaft, are you talking about the wrist should be placed under middle-shaft and then lower and lower?

A very good read but now that I have the length master. If I'm short on time, I would rather use my length master for 20 mins :)
