These are a shock routine that I use on days I don't have allot of time to stretch. If you do nothing else find the time to get these in. A set takes only twenty minutes but the results are apparent after the first workout. These will give you an intense thorough workout with focus on ligs and tunica.

Set 1: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

Tunica Rotary Stretch:Pulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.

REST for 1-2 minutes

Set 2: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters, This time farther down the shaft (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

Tunica Rotary Stretch:Pulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.

REST for 1-2 minutes

Set 3: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters This as far down the shaft as you can while still being able to get into the A-Stretch (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.

Then go right into

Tunica Rotary Stretch:Pulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.

Done

This routine can also serve those who don't have enough time to do PE. But the length master is still the best.
