It is a very simple but effective exercise. When I was doing these everyday my flaccid was always very close to my erect size.
 
These stretches are probably the single most reason that my flacid hang has increased by 4" or so. I found them to be effective with some blood in the penis, but not a full blown erection. It sits in the valley that is your ass crack, and constricts blood from leaving.

I however used to do them full flacid, which I do not recommend, because it greatly increased the amount of skin that I had on my penis.
 
Just tried this for the first time! I read the ace bandage application, and lazy ass stretch was a way to promote more flaccid hang. I think this is one of the main reason's I'm doing Penis Enlargement right now so I will continue this. Definitly feel a nice stretch, and it's easy as hell! Perfect for a lazy sob like me! :-D

Arguably the best exercise if you consider the amount of effort it takes to do.
It takes no effort,no dedication,nothing just pure lazyness i mean cmmon how hard can it be to sit on your dick?

In my point there is no excuse in not doing this exercise,you cant be that lazyLMAO

And if you include my little detail which can be found in the link above the one that Red posted(thx Red) you can acquire easy gains with no effort and in my opinion its one of the best ADS you can do it anywhere and everywhere.

If you wanna be the "king" in the shower room with your flaccid this exercise is all you need. :)

DLD, are you saying that after you stopped doing these everyday your flaccid size decreased?
 
I've been interested in Penis Enlargement for a couple of years now and have practiced jelqs off and on during this period, but not with the consistency required for permanent gains. I've recently begun using DLD's beginner routine and was wondering if it would be safe to include Lazy Ass Stretches as a newbie. Increasing flaccid length is a large goal of mine as I am a "grower". It seems like a waste for me to not practice such a simple exercise when I spend a lot of my free time parked in front of the computer doing various things. Anyways any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Very safe and LAS excellerates your length gains very well.
 
Hey, just reading up on this, i haven't been able to find out if these stretches increase anything other than Flaccid length? Do they increase erect length or girth, or are they more of an exercise just to help repair the unit like fowfers?

i've been doing these the last week or two for about 3 hours a day total, and i've definitely noticed an increase in my flaccid size. my cock doesn't turtle hardly at all anymore, and i've also noticed a flaccid GIRTH increase just visually, so i'm pretty hot on this exercise at the moment. i recommend it to anyone who sits on their butt for at least an hour or two a day. :) cheers!
 
Yup, these are what I used for about 2 years to bring my flaccid length as long as close to my erect size as possible. I also used Uncle Jims's Strapping Method for the time I was not seated at a desk (I love Uncle Jim's Method because it gives me a bulge running down my leg that looks like a Pepperidge Farms Sausage :))

about how long (as in months) and how many hours a day does it take to start noticing real gains in flaccid from this exercise?

Hell, I've gained between 1/2" to 3/4" in flaccid length in under three weeks of being serious with Penis Enlargement already. Granted, I was very short, and my penis is in shock right now from all of the attention. :D I am sure that my significant surge is just that though, it cannot continue, otherwise I will be stepping on my penis by the end of the year. LOL

I "only" stretch for about 30 minutes, sometimes more, a day. But I do pull aggressively and don't rest between different angles. I only stop if I notice numbness or coldness in the glans. Plus I kegel continuously while doing stretches. I don't know if it helps.

I also use "Even Lazier Ass Stretches" when I go to sleep. I found that if I stretch my penis straight out and trap the head and shaft between my thighs while laying down and then extend my legs back flat down that it gives a "decent" stretch that doesn't even restrict the bloodflow. Lay down, stretch your penis towards the ceiling, lift your knees so that your thighs are on either side of your penis, close your thighs together, then lower your legs flat on the bed again. This stretches pretty good and you can go to sleep without worrying about losing circulation or anything. Can't get any "lazier" than that. :D

Thanks. "I would like to thank my producer..." LOL. Yeah, it is kind of neat, I have always been pretty small in general, but my flaccid was downright embarrassing to say the least. So it is cool, to feel something in my pants for a change. :D

They are motivational to be sure, but I am in this for the long haul, they are more of an added bonus more than something that I "needed" as proof or anything. I have a decent idea of how mitosis works and have read enough to know that Penis Enlargement is real and scientfically sound, if not accepted or endorsed by the mainstream.

I am going to be putting up a clearer, hopefully, description of my "modified jelq" in my progress thread so that those following will really understand what I am doing for engorgement exercise.

Doing 2 15 minute sets will probably be a crazy stretching session for a day if you are a beginner. Do you think 30 minutes of LAS is more effective and faster for length than the whole newbie routine?
