DLD's Footlong Stretch

This is a cool stretch that is very powerful. The amount of force I use can be controlled very easily I never run out of stretching power. I call it the Footlong because your foot is used in the stretch.

In a seated position grab your penis by the glans. Stretch downward (toward the floor) If you are stretching with your right hand take your left foot and place the heal of that foot on the top of the hand stretching downward. In this position you can increase the stretch as much or as little as possible. The leg muscles are much stronger than the arm so you will find out quickly how powerful this stretch really is. I hold the stretch for 60 seconds then I switch hands and feet. (Left hand stretches down while right heal aides in the force). Repeat this 5 times on each side. Give it a go. This Footlong Stretch may make your penis a FOOT LONG.
 
i'm trying to picture how this would look... and it seems like you'd look like a pretzel or something... right? like instead of crossing your legs like women do, you'd be crossing your leg over your dick and pushing down your arm with it? if so, it'd be hilarious for someone to walk in on you while doing this. but i bet it works!
 
Just tryed this and its GREAT, Very poweful indeed.
I am going to use this, the Squat and lay-down stretches in my lig' workouts now.....great one DLD.
 
Be careful not to get too sili with the force you use. Remember that your legs are much stronger than your arms.

I have a variant. I throw the dick over my right shoulder, pulls it down and grab it between the toes on the left foot the pull downwards. The force is incredible.

i may try making myself the human pretzel of sorts in tomorrows workout. however, no matter how much baby powder i use, i still have problems with the grip. i'll see how it goes.
 
im having trouble keeping a grip with this exercise, so i cant hold it for more than say 10 seconds. any suggestions?
 
Yeah get talkon powder on or gold gloves, aint you from Cheeky Cherry????
 
Your leg might be stronger than your arm, but you still gotta use your arm and hand for gripping. Using the foot might help a little, but you still gotta have strong hands.
 
This stretch is kinda hard to do,when I use my leg it pushes my hand off.

I almost threw up I laughed so hard at this post. DLD, Priapos has a point. Both length of penis and limberness of legs come into play on this stretch.

This stretch is very good. A person at �other forum� described it with pictures and stuff for a couple of months ago...

Will you marry me DLD? Why? I have done NPenis Enlargement for almost an year now and have almost lost my motivation because i have'nt gained anything at all. I read this and thought "Hey, what the heck". I had a few beer before i stared (not to recommend) and i started to stretch straight down. After about 5 seconds i used the left leg/foot to make a harder stretch and guess what, I GOT A LIGPOP. i have not have any ligpops in all my life, and just because of that my motivation become much higher, and it also made my day. Sorry for the English but I had to write this down. I so f*****g happy right now.
