Since the Tunica Albuginea has been a popular topic again I thought that this exercise was appropriate. One that never really caught on, perhaps because it was to new at the time to the LOT theory. Anyway I thought I would drop it again and see what you think.

DLD's Flaccid Tunica Albuginea Stretching

While completely flaccid, using a health sprinkle of baby powder (for strong grip) prepare your penis for stretching. Massage thoroughly from the base of the shaft to just below the head. Once completely relaxed and thoroughly flaccid begin the exercise. Using your thumb and forefinger, starting at the base of your penis, grip the sides of your penis. You want to really feel the outer portion of the corpus cavernosum as this is where the tunica lives.:) (see illustration portion in Red) One you have a good hold, avoiding ank prominent veins, proceed to stretch both sides horizontally. Each stretch in a cycle should last 20 seconds. a cycle consists of incremental stretches up your shaft, to just below the glans (head). I use 5, you may use more or less. It is uncomfortable at first and it does take a minute to get used to it.

A typical workout should be done directly after stretching while the penis is feeling fatigue as I believe this is when the tunica is most elastic and vulnerable. If you are doing 5 increments /3 cycles the workout would look like this:

Cycle One:
1st increment 30 seconds
2nd increment 30 seconds
3rd increment 30 seconds
4th increment 30 seconds
5th increment 30 seconds

Cycle Two:
1st increment 30 seconds
2nd increment 30 seconds
3rd increment 30 seconds
4th increment 30 seconds
5th increment 30 seconds

Cycle Three:
1st increment 30 seconds
2nd increment 30 seconds
3rd increment 30 seconds
4th increment 30 seconds
5th increment 30 seconds

Thanks mike i sure am going to try this tonight. I'll post how it went tomorow.

Tha MAD SCIENTIST does it again :D

I wanted to give some background on elasticity as it is becoming a debated issue and I think that the only way to establish the most logical understanding is through physics.

Elasticity means the property of certain tissue (i.e. tunica, skin, ligaments, generally any tissue with an elastic body) that allows them to return to their original dimensions after the applied stress is removed. Using basic stretching as a model that everyone will understand, if stress is applied to the penis the strain will increase in proportion until a certain point called the limit of proportionality. (This is in accordance with Hooke's law, if anyone is interested in reading it.) Thereafter there is, at first, a slight increase in strain with increased load until point L is reached, this is the elastic limit. Up to this point the deformation of the penis is elastic (ie: when the stress is removed, the penis returns to it's original length) Beyond the point L there is permanent deformation. When the stress is removed the tissue has ceased to be elastic and has become plastic. In the plastic stages (individual tissues vary according to their elastic value); in general, however at a point B there is a sudden increase in strain with further increases of stress-this is the yield point. Beyond the point C (the breaking stress) the tissue will tear (which occurs at point D)

Being tired to the point of brain fade,[or dead]:s
my question is huh???
how do I grip and from what direction am I pulling??

Sorry for leaving you guys hangin'. Basically, when the Tunica is under normal stress via the erectile tissue it expands to it's normal capacity, call this 100%. Erect exercises done to further this expansion are limited by the amount of blood flow and the users ability to manipulate the tissue in it's 100% state. Compare this to a piece of plastic stretched over a dense object at it's 100% expansion, increasing the density is possible but only to a certain extent depending on the tissue. But once this tissue has reached maximum density it may not be enough stress to cause deformation of the tissue, hence the Limit of Proportionality. I am not trying to discredit erect, tunica exercise as I do believe that over time and with constant, increased expansion and stress the tissue can get to a plastic state, but I do think this would be timely considering the average elasticity of the tunica is 5%. (basically we are trying to manipulate 95% density in it's 100% erect state, very difficult) Looking back at the stretched plastic example it is easy to see that when the plastic is stretched over a dense object, pinching it between your fingers becomes very difficult, if not impossible and this is why erect tunica work depends on internal expansion for deformation. But when the plastic is relieved from it's stretched state over the internal density it can be manipulated from the outside, i.e. pinched between the forefinger and thumb and stretched horizontally. (see illustration) In this state the stress is not dependent on the internal density but the external force used.

I'm glad ThreakX found this thread again. It needs men to start using it, and see what results they can gain.
What I know, from the diagram in post #7, is, that its a good way to "feel" the tuincae.

I have never done this exercise, but I have pinched the penis when flaccid over the years like the diagram, but with one hand, never really knowing what it meant, but always having intuition that if it felt like more was in between my finger & thumb, that the session had been productive.

Wow you resurrected this from the dead! Great bump I even forgot about this

I don't get it?
Somebody post a video for this....

This is become obsolete since I came out with bundled stretching and realized that bundled stretching was the most effective way to affect the Tunica
Oh good, I thought that mad doctor invented again something far better...because this looks hard to execute

@REDZULU2003 @Jackxxx herr is more old data on elasticity I was talking about earlier to add to your efforts.❤️
