Hi DLD, I’ve actually been keeping up with the Newbie routine lately, but a few days ago I think I might’ve hit rock bottom and created plateau situation by injuring my penis. It was my third week into PE exercises and I decided I should add some force into my stretching (of course stretching comfortably still), but as I gradually increased my force during the behind-the-cheeks and downward stretch I noticed a weird sensation at the base of my penis, as if tight strings have “broke”, or like a popping sensation. Then it was followed by soreness, it was PRETTY sore. Then as I moved on to jelqing after stretching, I noticed the base of my penis being exceptionally stiff, and my erection being weaker. My erection angle prior to this was pretty big, with the tip of my penis pointing straight up to the ceiling. But now it points straight forward... now I think my erected penis appears a little smaller. I’m really skeptical about continuing manual stretches now. Help please... thanks!

This is all normal and expected. You’re putting your penis through some serious work and it’s going to be a bit resistant to it. You should expect to feel soreness at the base and this is a good sign that you’re making growth. Your erection quality will grow with strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. I suggest that you start a serious Kegel program now.
 
I’m just under 3.5 inches flaccid 5 inches erect so I’m starting on the smaller side. Also if you know of any people who have had success with pe that started around my starting size or any tips for that please send me links. Willing to commit to this for 4 years at least.

probably 75% of the people who come here start with your size. You can easily do behind the cheeks stretching, just reach between your legs grab your flaccid penis and stretch up your backside. My best tip for you right now is to check out the newbie routine as this is a great place to start and build a solid foundation. I also ask you to check out SRT routine for instructions on gaining and healing and the science behind that. Have no fear as my brother starting where many have already started.

Okay perfect! And my goal size for this time period is 7 inches 4.5 girth but my dream goal is 8 x 5. With good sleep pattern, healthy diet and regular physical exercise, do you think 2-3 inches length wise in a span of 3-5 years is an attainable goal? Thanks.
 
Also, bad news DLD. I tried to do BTC stretch and I’m so small I can’t reach my dick so is there any replacement stretch for that I can do? Or should I just continue to do the newbie routine without the BTC stretch? Thanks again.

@FlyinHawaiian I have similar issue grabbing from behind, so what I do when trying to do the BTC stretch is lift one leg and put it on the bathtub then reach in from that side.
 
You could try what Just grow mentioned and if that’s too difficult you can simply stick with downward stretching. Eventually you’ll be able to go further and further back. And with most movies they make gains very quickly in the beginning so you’ll probably be able to grab it soon.
