I agree and already I notice my balls hanging lower. The skin adapts much quicker than anything. Also I have made a variation to this which is for those who have turkey neck quite bad and\or want to make it more intense for faster results, like myself and will post this variation soon. I'm noticing that the skin that was being the pest will in time be stretched downwards and oneday become part of the longer hanging testes.

i now know how to make my balls hang like sleeve of wizard

can i make them as low as i want though?

Indeed they do. It is so EASY to stretch skin, there is no reason any man has to deal with high balls.
 
This is working a treat for me. My balls are much lower and the turkey neck less pronounced than it was. I've also been doing these bundled by twisting the sack around about once or twice and getting a good grip than doing the exercise. Doesn't hurt and works really well to stretch the skin. I use another method from time to time that helps more with the turkey neck which I will explain more at a later stage when I get some drawings to show.

I am happy these are working for you RED. This is always why I have been amazed that guys have to deal with turkey neck, this exercise is a sure cure.
 
Thanks mate. Here's my variation on these for guys like me with turkey neck who need to get more of a stretch and aim specifically for that area, so in effect its more designed for just the turkey neck and I call them Trampolene stretches.
 
How is the scrotum being stretched toward the belly button if penis is in the way. This exercise would make sense to me if you're stretching the penis towards belly and stretching the scrotum between and behind legs up to ass, but I can't see the visual for this version.
 
You have your sack on one side and penis on the other. Did you actually try it? It's not that difficult.

You stretch to the right and left of the penis when in the upward position.

10 minute session will do wonders. Too much and your balls will hang to your knees:)
 
Yeah my balls are already pretty huge naturally, don't need all that. But my turkey neck has bothered me for quite some time. I'll give these a shot and see. Loosening that skin would result in better stretches all around.

It definitely works, I have 0% turkey neck and I have always done these along side the massage.
 
I've started doing them in with my normal routine. It'd be nice to get rid of my turkey neck. Mine isn't bad, so maybe it'll go away with ease.

Doing these stretches will help big with turkey neck. Another preventive measure is to anchor a hand at the base of your penis to keep skin from being stretched from the scrotum, you will notice I do this with almost every stretch in my videos and I have absolutely no TN. With gains of over 4" you would think I would have some but this is just not the case.
