This is an exercise I do from time to time when I am trying to get a better flaccid hang and a more pronounced separation of the extreme under base of my penis and where my scrotum attaches. It is easy and very effective.

DLD's Extreme Scrotum Stretch
This exercise is to be done in a standing position
In a completely flaccid state grab your scrotum right above the testicles with a standard OK grip. Now stretch them up toward your belly button. Now, reach behind your legs grabbing your penis by the glans and stretching it up toward the top of your crack. Stretch to your max with both hands and hold this position for 30 seconds.
 
How many repeats?
 
i guess ur right dld, how many reps,sets etc shood i do a day. when i do this one time that skin feels like rug burn. mad pain lol. how long might it take to see results approx.?

A good precursor to this workout and a sure fire way to avoid the "rug-burn" feeling is to do the Testicle Health Massage. This will relax your scrotum and allow for a much more comfortable stretch . I used to include this in my nightly ritual and I did this for apprx. 15 minyes (testicle health included).

I have been playing with this stretch today to rid my turkey neck and it seems to be helping from the temporary look of the penis afterwards.

Also this can be done by gripping the penis just underneath the glans and with the free hand gripping the scrotum. Pull the penis upwards or straight out, depending on how bad the turkey neck is and with the hand around the scortum pull downwards and away towards your anus.

Hold these stretches for aslong as possible and keep repeating.

I think this is a big reason why I never experienced TN.
