[DLD's Dual Isolated Stretch

This is a very isolated stretch that will work your entire shaft.

It is extremely intense so go slow at first

Starting at the extreme base, using the standard OK grip, tightly grab your base with one hand. Using the other hand and the same grip, grab about 1" to 2" up your shaft. Now stretch firmly in opposite directions (see illustration) Hold stretch for 30 seconds then move up about an inch. Do this until you get right below the glans. The object is to get the best transdirectional stretch in the smallest isolated area. These are very intense so start easy.

There is skin stretch in any stretch you do. Make sure there is a slight amount of slck between your hands and the grip is very tight. This will ensure a good penis stretch.
 
This is exactly what I already do with my Constricted stretches.
The ''U'' bend.

Don't you confuse something here, Red?
I think DLD is talking about flaccid stretches, whereas your Constricted exercises ate done erect.
Or am I wrong? If so, please enlighten me!
 
These are done completely flaccid.
 
I have been doing these but on the whole shaft at the same time, not in pieces. So you say to let some extra skin in between the OK grips before you grip real good? Also, how hard do you pull during the 30 seconds and how many repetitions do you make (or just once along the shaft?)?

Even if this stretch stretches the skin of the penis, in general, would stretching the skin help you make better gains? Like first you stretch the "bag", then "fill it out"? Or is stretching just skin useless?
 
DLD, started these last night and WOW, what a stretch. I could take my hands and force some more power into the stretch by putting them together. I really felt it and it was great! Thanks. GS

GS, I am glad you like them. I actually made these up in my first 6 months of Penis Enlargement and just recently worked on refining them. I agree the stretch is intense.
 
yeah I've been experimenting and doing these for awhile, but I never really experimented enough to see how I could maximize this stretch. It always seemed like I was just pulling on skin, not really having an internal stretch, which would be most of our goals. For me, it doesn't seem like I'm getting a stretch to it, so I sort of bend my cock over the the pointer finger on the hand that is closest to the base.
 
Do you do these straight up? Or do you do them straight out?

And when you move up the shaft each time, do you move both hands up an inch or just your hand that is closest to the glands?

These can be performed at any angle that both hands fit into. It is a bit hard for me to do them straight up but a slight angle change and I'm in.

In RED's guide, not all of his exercises are done erect. I remember him using a TOW stretch with the clamp, which I believe he does/did flaccid.
 
Are you saying to stretch as much as possible right away and then hold that position for 30 seconds? And that extra inch upwards after those 30 seconds should be held for how long or is that just a quick pull?

Exactly, even though the hands are moving in this stretch the amount of time you do these movements is 30 seconds. If your hands are stronger you can go as long as you want.
