Hey DLD, I was looking over your SRT program and noticed you talked about diet and exercise I'm curious what is the diet and exercise you speak of?

The diet I put in a separate thread and it never really took off but I will try to find it for you and bump and tag you.
 
This study will help you as well:

Conclusions: This study showed that independently of the method for weight loss, the negative energy balance alone is responsible for weight reduction.

Meaning that: It doesn't matter if you are training/exercise or not. If your diet isn't optimized and you are overconsuming food/energy you won't loose mass (fat).
