Pulsing 1 second stretches. Each rep last 1 second at 110% than back to 100%. 1 full set is 50 reps. I do 5 sets.

so I do 5 sets of 50 reps - 500 reps/seconds?
I pull full 100% for 1 sec than 10% more for another 1 sec than back to 100% for another sec than back to 110% for another and keep doing this till I hit 50 reps [50 secs] = 1 set till I get to 5 sets?

I think I know what you're talking about. Do you find that by pulling on your dick like that induces an erection? Sometimes it'll do that to me, then I have a hard time getting fully flaccid again.
 
what about combining the DLD blasters with the 110 pulses thingy. If the DLD Blasters are a killer lengthening exercise and the 110 pulse thingy is a great exercise then 1 +1 = more length.

I have tried it this way but it is hard for me to kegel and reverse kegel while pulling while counting. I think if you can coordinate than it's all the better.
 
I think that its a rythym thing, once you can get get the "hang" of it (sorry), then it definately would make sense. Oh the things we do to achieve our goals.lol :s

This is a great technique, but I think it is best performed when doing outward stretching (by A-stretch), it is easily causing lig-pops (something I don't like) when stretching down because that 110% stretch intensity exceeds the limits of the ligament/pubic bone connection. Another alternative way that I use this is stretching the dick while in a ''sitting in the toilet'' position. I pull my dick to the right rear with my right hand counting up to 200 and then pull it to the left rear with my left hand ( I'm not sure if this is actually what you call as lazy ass stertch or not). Your pulse 110 approach is very beneficial in that ''stretching while sitting'' position.

I tried these last night - awesome exercise! I am sore, which is not common for me. I would suggest one hint to guys doing these: Make sure you don't ease back too much after pulsing. There's a tendency to go: 100% - 110% - 85%, etc. Always keep the intensity AT LEAST 100%, pulsing it up to 110%, then back to 100% (there should be very little "movement," if you're doing it right; because at 100%, you're already way out there...that extra 10% shouldn't be much more movement).

That right WAX these really make you feel like a virgin pe'er. The soreness is refreshing especially for vets like us. Thanks for the clarification on the reps too...I knew a body builder would be able to explain it better.

I did these for 3 days straight, lots of sets. Today, I mesured "cold" and was 193 mm BPenis EnlargementL (about 7.6") -
A GAIN OF 1/10th an inch in 3 FREAKIN DAYS!!!!!

Yeah I noticed similar results. These really kick ass.
 
I measured again post session with an increase in FBPS size about .25". I have also found that these are excellent with other stretches too....allot of experimenting to do but I feel really good about this exercise so far.
 
do ya blow ur load before this stretch in order to prevent erection during stretch?

You could masturbate prior to the exercise. I do not feel the urge to ejaculate during this exercise since it is done flaccid. I ejaculation is an issue why not do your girth first then ejaculate and go on to these?
