OK DLD you got me conviced, I am adding these as well to my program. But a few questions first

1. How am I supposed to get into the A stretch and then do a jerking motion? That seems impossible to do the jerk, casue my hands are not moving anwere, and what postion are they supposed to be in, 9:00? It is easier when you just do a basic SO stretch with my right hand isnt it?

2. You know I hate with a passion reverse kegels, and they are my arch enemy, are these still going to work casue I refuse to do them.

3. What about doing the V-Stretch with them for added effect with the SO stretch ?

I am not sure if you read my update but I have started doing Plyometrics straight down and straight up. I get a better workout this way. As far as RK's go I don't think this will effect the outcome too much but I can give you a better answer tomorrow after my routine.

I am not sure if you read my update but I have started doing Plyometrics straight down and straight up. I get a better workout this way. So I am not using the A-Stretch and I am getting better results.

I think straight up and straight down stretches are more effective than fulcrum stretches like V's and A's. I get a more effective tug.

Great that is what I needed to know, let me know about the not doing reverse kegels

Supra,
How I do them is by getting into the A-stretch and then rotate your wrists downward while in the stretch . Try that to get it moving.

I keep gettng hard man, even when I do my POFULS, I have to sit on my dick to make it go down after 1 set, what do I do? Fucking IGF!! :D
