Hey DLD i was wandering if erect bends helps with erect length gains?????

And can u please tell me if erect stretches can gain u in erect length gains////and How exactly do u go about doing erect STRETCHES ????

Please help DLD!!!!!!

Hey man, novel concept....use the search feature up at the top ;) It works wonderfully well. Hint: Type "Erect Stretching " or Erect Bends.

yEA MAN I TRIED DOING THAT--WAS AWARE OF THAT SINCE THE BEGINNING--BUT NO ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS THAT IS WHY IM POSTING MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS SO THAT I CAN GET SOME OPINIONS AND ANSWERS!!!

Maybe you should post in the Newbie Forum about all this stuff man. Most of it can be found elsewhere on the board, and it's kinda cluttering up this forum with newbie questions. No offense, I realize you're pretty new on the board, so it's no problem. Just in the future with stuff like this maybe it should go in the newbie forum.

Your ideas are good though, but most (probably all) of them have been discussed before. ;)

DLD Bends are more of a GIRTH and WIDTH exercise. Erect stretching is a cementing exercise used to help guys close the gap between their flaccid stretched size and their erect size. Here is the exercise:

Erect Stretching
Starting with a 100% erection stetch penis upward in the direction of your erection. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds. During this rest period get yourself 100% erect for the next rep.
