I haven't been on here for a while, and few probably remember me. I broke my hand and got my cast off on 8/15. Penis Enlargement started on 8/17, and I only did Blasters with a light stretching warmup. Well I began with 7.1 BP and 6.6 NBP, and after doing my routine about 5 days a week, I have gotten to 7.5 BP and 6.9 NBP! Almost a half inch in 5 weeks! I plan to get 8 BP by New Years and then around February begin a girth routine to get my miniscule 5.5 to 6 by May. Thank you very much DLD!

Awesome news on the gains man! Wondered where you had run off to! Keep at it and youll be there sooner than you think.

Great job on your gains xtremegamer. What kind of routine do you use? How long do you do the blasters for?

Another Measuring day, another gain. I have now eclipsed the 1/2" mark since keeping a new data log. Thank you DLD. I measured last night at 7.6 BP and 7.1 NBP. For anyone interested, I have used the following program focusing on DLD's Superset Theory.

Two Sets of 30-sec Stretches (Left,Right,Down,Rotary)
10 Blasters
30 sec. of Rotaries

Do the above 5 times. This workout isn't very long and I have made good gains doing it only about 4/5 days a week. If only I had done it everyday...

Congrats on the gains man...keep it up and more gains will come :)

I just started MOS Phase 1 on 9/30 and will measure around Halloween.....I feel like I have made gains so we will see then :cool:
