A little about me...I am Thai, and I am a scorpio-I love sex...and I would like to make my tool bigger! Currently I measure about 5" in length and 4.25" in girth. That is pretty good for me...but bigger would be better for myself! So will you take me under your wing DLD and help me get the gain that I wanted?! Have time and the resources, and I am willing to commit to the program 110%.

Welcome, you're definately in the right place. Just stay dedicated and in time you will get the gains that you want. Might I suggest that you begin using DLD's Newbie Routine as it's probably the best way to get started. Good luck & again, welcome to MOS!:cool:

Welcome BigKuai. You will attain your goal and then some with dedication, hard work and know this..... this stuff works. 9" is not a problem but it will take time. DLD is the best in the business. Good luck in your adventure.
 
Thanks a lot everyone! I was actually interested in it a long time ago... but back then I knew very little about all of this stuff... They said that it will not work because a pen*s is a gland and not a muscle... so it does not work in the same manner etc...but you know what?! I'd rather try this then to go and get a surgery!

Plus I think that it's cool that I am doing it for myself!!!

I was on PridePen*s before and I saw that you started your own page DLD. So I came here :)

I am currently using DLD's beginners course. I think for me I have to be consistant at it! I put in 2 hrs. today. about 30 minute was spent doing the stretching exercise. The rest was spent on Jelqing. My hands kind of got crampped from doing it...I guess I am not used to it yet. :p

DLD... for the Jelqing you recommended that it should take 2 second for each cycle...but I have noticed that it's very hard to control with the baby oil, and I tend to go a bit fast...any advice for better control?

Again, I thank you all so much for the support! My gf will appreciate it too ;) She never complained before...but I know that for me it's just about feeling a bit more secure about my manhood! I would be more then happy if I had 8" but 9" just sounds so much better! :)
 
Whatever you do, DO NOT get surgery. Anyone here will tell you this. As for your technique just slow down dude. Try and make each stroke last about 2-3 seconds. You'll get the routine down quick. Good luck bro.

Well today starts the second day of the routine by DLD! I did not noticed my pen*s being too soar from yesterday's exercise. That is good I guess...because if it's too painful then that would not be good!

Please let me know if I am missing anything.

First I do the hot towel warm-up (5 min)
The stretching exercise for approx. 30 min.
2-300 Jelqing 20-30min at about 2-3 second for each interval/rep.
The PC squeezing exercise 250 quick clamps.
Then the massage warm down.

Can the pen*s be over trained? If I do the recommended exercise two times a day...is that over doing it?

I think that I am squeeging the head a little bit too hard as well, because I have a small bruise on my pen*s shaft-I think that I might have popped a small blood vessel on the top suface. So I will be more careful later today.

Baby oil tends to be too slippery. I personally hate using it. The best lube I have found for wet jelqing, bar-none, is Vaseline...not expensive Vaseline the cheap one. It has the perfect drag rate and it give a good solid stroke.

You sound right on track here. Don't worry about over training unless you feel un-trainable soreness on a daily basis. Normal soreness is expected and should be chalked up to a part of the routine. Bruising also will occur due to pressure and blood being the major reason jelqing works. Again it is expected and nothing to worry about. By the same token soreness and bruising is not paramount to a good workout, sometimes it happens most times it doesn't so do not rate your workout on these factors. Use your eyes and ruler to chart your progress.

Today in the morning I was a little bit sore. But nothing too painful or uncomfortable. I have noticed a lot more of the new smaller blood vessel...they were there before, but now they are a bit more pronounced and more noticable!

I did two routines today. The first one in the morning and the second one I just got done with about a half an hour ago. Each was about 1.5 hrs.

During the second session, I was a little bit more tender but again not painfully sore. I can tell that it seems to be thicker, but nothing that I would write about yet.

I wanted to know, since I have a slight curve in my pen*s that points to the left (from my view point) how do you correct that?! Do you try to use the strech exercise to stretch out the curved side? How will I have to deal with this when I am Jelqing also.

It's not a wicked curve, but since I am going to try to get more size and girth...I think that it is best to also try to correct the curve that I have, for aesthetic and appeal.

Please let me know! Your ever curious little grasshopper student :)

I think everyone on here has a curve to the left, lol. There is a thread somewhere on these forums as well. I think that you should just get used to it. I know what you mean by making it look more appealing, as a straight dick looks way better than a curved one. I heard that continous working out can fix the curve, but I'm also pretty sure that positioning your penis to the other side in your underwear will help too. I tend to have my penis lying on the left, hence the curve.

Today is the 3rd day of my training. I am a little bit more sore then yesterday...as expected. But I only did one set so far today. I am concerned about the curve, becaues I would like to correct it. Also I am beginning to notice that, since I have a foreskin a lot of the blood does get trapped in the foreskin when I am jelqing.

Actually after the exercise today I noticed that one side of my foreskin is much thicker then the other!:eek:

I am trying to straighten out the curve that is the most important concern for me right now. The girth and length can be build on later! But I do have some more questions (again)...
After the execise routine, would it be a bad idea for me to cum or ejaculate?! I mean c'mon...I am working hard here for about an hour and a half...so it's nice to have a little reward at the end ;) I guess it doesen't help that I have been watching the Playboy channel for the past several hours or so. te he he

So my question is by cumming/ejaculating am I hindering the growth process of my penis? :confused:

And how do you guys do the stretch exercise?! I can't hold it steady for more then about 30 seconds! So I just switch hands! Is that also bad?

Don't worry too much about the curve as things may straighten out on their own, as you get further along we can tackle that issue. About foreskin issue does the swelling go away sometime after the session? If so this is more than likely just fluid retention, this is something many guys get better known as a donut. No worries. As far as having an orgasm is concerned go for it. If you are done with your girth work a reward is in order so treat yourself.

For me it's mentally important also...I try to keep a sharp mind, as well as a good body! I have a pretty good workout schedule right now! Hahaha...I think that I am the only asian boy without a Job right now (in the world).
