It doesn't really matter what state it's in. You can be hard, soft, semi. Whatever state you're in you can kegel. Just kegel away my good man.

Quick question bout the kegals: Do i just squeeze one long and hard time, or just quick squeezes? My PC muscle is pretty damn weak, cause if i try and squeeze long and hard, my dick only jumps when i first start. Is this normal?

The PC Health Routine is a variation of both LONG and SHORT squeezes. Try to follow that for now and you will slowly but surrely increase your PC muscles.

DLD, I asked in another thread where I can find your DLD testicle health routine as my testicles are so tight and I have managed to tear my scrotum wearing a ball weight.
The question went unanswered in that thread so could you please tell me how to find it as I could not find it with the search facility.
