i'm mainly doing the ten minute workout while i'm in the shower in the morning, and when my roomies are out and i have the need to sqweeze one off i just do the ten minute thing.

and i know before i started this routine i didn't Penis Enlargement that much, but right now it doesn't seem to be helping my length gains. i don't know if it's the compression sqweezes. because when i push down with my upper hand and try to grip the base with the other, it seems like some blood is slipping through the base. does this mean that i'm doing somethin wrong??? because i think this is helping my girth out bigtime. my girl said that she noticed it. but my length gains seem to be staggering. the girth is quick but the length is not.

am i doin something wrong? i remember that you said earlier that if someone just works on girth or length by themselves then they have the possiblility of loosing some gains. i don't know how girth gains work out with length gains. because over my Penis Enlargement journy i have made length gains that are perminant...like if i don't Penis Enlargement for a while i stay at 8.75..then when i start up again i go right back to 9.38.

so if i'm gaining in girth...will the length gains come next? like if there is enough girth then i'll be able to gain the length ? because i measured my normal way ...(by the hip measuring along the side of the penis not the upper side of the penis) and i got the measurement of 8.75..which isn't horrible i know that the 9.38 will come back, it's just that it LOOKS like it's loosing some length but it's not. i don't know i'm just panicing.

so am i doing something wrong by letting the blood slip through when i'm doing the compression sqweezes? do i have to stretch more before i jelqu??? because i do the 2 20 seconds and the two 30 seconds then i go right into the jelqus and compression. and sometimes lately i do it twice a day. once in the shower and all warmed up and if i get free time i do the exercises without warming up for ten minutes. (because i don't take a shower later at night) so i don't know what to do.

It sounds as though you are right on target with the compression squeezes because you are gaining there. (Some blood will always slip) It also sounds to me like you need to change your stretching routine. Here is what I suggest: Since you stated you do two sessions some days why not rock the Phase 2 workout in split sessions train girth in the first session and go on to length in the second session. Phase 2 stretching is so much more intense than the 10 minute routine and will be much more effective at increasing your length .

Now I never said anything about girth hindering length or visa versa. My opinion on this is much different than most. I think GIRTH and LENGTH compliment each other if properly balanced. For example if you are doing DLD Bends, which is a predominantly GIRTH oriented exercise, you are still training LENGTH to a certain degree. When you train GIRTH you are not only expanding out but up. IMO the same holds true for LENGTH ...If I am doing downward stretches I am training for LENGTH but inadvertently I am also training BASE GIRTH. So it is my opinion that both GIRTH and LENGTH complement each other. My entire program I have trained both with as much intensity as the other. I have made GIRTH and LENGTH gains at different times but I have ALWAYS consistently made gains.

Of course if you only do LENGTH exercises you will get longer but the total goal is LENGTH and GIRTH.

I would like to see you do a SPLIT routine as I have suggested unless you do not have the time for it. In that case I will write you a custom routine that will focus heavily on LENGTH .

yeah dld. thanks for the help. it seems like i don't have enough time to do any real long work outs. because my roomies are slays around and we all go out to the same places because we all have the same friends. so i really don't have any set time for Penis Enlargement. which kills me because i really wanna gain. i think that custom routine sounds pretty good about now.

How much time can you give me in a split routine?

ummmm.....i don't know. at least some shower time in the morning. and the later time isn't really guaranteed. they always seem to be here. OHHH maybe i can lift weights then take anothe shower .....Hydromaxmm.........sounds like an idea

so if i start that up then two times a day
