A few people said they were having trouble understanding this stretch so I did a quick illustration.

DLD's Footlong Stretch

This is a cool stretch that is very powerful. The amount of force I use can be controlled very easily I never run out of stretching power. I call it the Footlong because your foot is used in the stretch .

In a seated position grab your penis by the glans. Stretch downward (toward the floor) If you are stretching with your right hand take your left foot and place the heal of that foot on the top of the hand stretching downward. In this position you can increase the stretch as much or as little as possible. The leg muscles are much stronger than the arm so you will find out quickly how powerful this stretch really is. I hold the stretch for 60 seconds then I switch hands and feet. (Left hand stretches down while right heal aides in the force). Repeat this 5 times on each side. Give it a go. This Footlong Stretch may make your penis a FOOT LONG.

That guy in the pic with the funny colored cock must either have really short feet or a really long cock because my feet won't reach :(.

this stretch is really good imo.
ive been using it since i seen the first thread of it posted,i cant recall when this was.
im positive ive already gained a little erect length from it and i havent been hitting it every day either.

oh and james25 if you can sit indian style or at least pull one of your feet up and place it on the thigh of the opposite leg you pulled up you should be able to do this no problem.

it took me a try or two so i could get the hang of placing my heel on my hand but im a seasoned veteran now LOL

I'm kinda thinking that this feels VERY similer to what I get when I hang.
Could this be the lazy mans ''hang'' set-up replacement even?

okay getting my foot up there isn't the problem...keeping it there is...it just keep sliding off the back of my hand...and when i turn my hand so my heel can rest on top...it just pulls my hand off....what am i doing wrong any suggestions? would really like to get this stretch down..and incorporate it in my routine...thanks

This is by far my favourite stretch . I started doing a few days ago and i just love it! It has such incredible power behind it. Thank you DLD for creating this stretch !:)

Quick tip ... for peeps who aren't bendy enough to get their foot to stay comfortably atop the hand/wrist, you can use a loop of towel or a belt or a 'sash', etc, to extend the force point farther away. Put the loop around your hand/wrist .. and then just put your foot against the other end of the loop.

You can also get more varied pull angles with this extension loop. The natural direction will be a bit more downwards. You can go even more downwards than that, and if you want a more straightout or upwards direction then simply rest your foot on top of something higher up.

While the loop can allow you to use less force if desired, since you're in a less cramped up position, ..you might also have the tendency to use a higher level of force with the loop because your leg will be in a better biomechanical position to push even harder. The footlong stretch is already a high force in the first place, watch out for going even harder, let's be careful out there. :cool:

Additional use for a loop modification can be extenders or even hangers. Make a much smaller loop which essentially just goes around your foot, and then connect that to the glans device of a suitable extender-etc by means of a bungee cord or exercise band. By carefully selecting the cord/band .. and the distance away for your foot .. you can set up a nice traction force in comfortable relaxed positions, and usually with nice downwards angles .. but, again, you can change the pull angle by simply placing your foot up on whatever you want.
