I figured with all the talk about kegels lately it would be important for guys to understand the proper use of kegels and reverse kegels while stretching.

I think I understand the kegel and the reverse kegel as far as how to tell the difference, pretty much a no brainer but what I'm wondering is if I'm actually doing them right. When I read about people doing the kegel and the benefits of it including forcing more blood into the penis I think I must be doing it wrong because I don't actually feel like I'm forcing more blood in also when doing the reverse kegel I know it's suppose to have the same feeling as forcing urine out when you pee. Ok I understand that and did it to make sure off the feeling and how my body felt when I did it as far as what tensed up or whatever but I read on another forum (sorry guys) that you should not strain at all when doing a reverse kegel. Well I'm sorry I find that hard to do. I'm not talking about having a whole body spasm or anything but when you are forcing something out of the body you're gonna strain a little using like what I feel like is my lower abdomen. I've tried to just isolate the pc muscle when reverse kegeling but still use the lower abdomen muscle to a certain degree. So am I doing it right or have I just not mastered the reverse kegel?
