i have practiced both exercises in the past and i have been jelquin for a while i practiced the DLD blasters but i didnt see positive changes i practiced them for about 6 months maybe 7 months cant remember exactly.Should i add the DLD blasters +JELQUINS what do u guys suggest?

If you didn't get results from just jelqing after 6 months, you need to switch it up and add stretches.

I think you should do the entire Newbie Routine, as it is written, every day for at least 3 months to track good gains. This is a good starting point even if you are restarting. If you practice this routine with commitment I promise you will realize gains. Include as much of the SRT practices as you can like wearing a cock ring after girth and strapping to remain elongated. You need to submerge yourself completely in this to se measurable results.

I find it hard to belive that you did not gained from DLD Blasters, even if done as the single exercise in your routine should bring you at least 0.25" length in that timeframe, plus jelqing is the most fundamental PE exercise and everyone has gained from it in a few months, over 6 should bring great gains.

1. What's your exact routine?
2. Did you ever felt any soreness in the penis after doing DLD Blasters or during the workout on the RK potion of the strech like the strech is braking apart tissue?

The answer to that is most likely intensity used. Some men hold back on manual stretching in fear of hurting themselves but the penis can take a huge amount of intensity without injury.

I have a theory on this I call "The Braking Point Theory" that I'm stil elaborating over the next 4 months with the current routine, if it will prove true it may explain why some people don't gain anything and open the doors to continous length gains(theoretically :) ).

Th short story: The penis is lke a elastic band, when you strech it it will deform under the tension and the tissue will absorb the energy of the strech(Newton's 3rd Law of mecanics).. up to a point where the tissue strength will become equal to the intensity of the strech. At this point the penis will feel like a very tight nylon rope that can't be streched any more. BUT... if the intensity is increased the penis will eventually start to deform slighlty and pain will make it's pressence, this is past the braking point of the tissues and where the gains happend, it's what I call THE ZONE.

Looking back in retrospective I realized that when I streched past the braking point I had experienced my fastest gains, however when the penis adapted to the force of my hands the gains STOPED! now once I moved to streching with the LM and aplying higher tension constantly so I strech past TBP I started to see some changes in my penis that haven't seen in a while, like post workout temporary deformation and fatigue that lasts over 24h.

Did anyone else experienced this or I'm the only lunatic that theorizes about making unlimited gains? :)

Anything's possible for those who believe. My "zone" is when the dick doesn't want to expand as good, but my PE its really instinctive.

Very interesting and maybe possible when we give an extra stretching beyond of what we feel is possible that the tissue gets deformed and when starts its recovery is gonna be whit a wider longer shape :) trial and error but we have to be careful

Blue I wrote a study on this years ago and for the life of me I can't find it. SlicedBeef also wrote a study on the same subject which I did find Plastic/Elastic Theory. I hope this help with your study and if I come across my study I will post it for you. Good luck Brother!

From personal experience, I made gains from the DLD blasters when I did it with the length master. Maybe the reason why you didn't gain from the DLD blasters was because you did it with your bare hands and also your grip might not be strong enough.

Do it with the length master, you will make gains from it no doubt about that.
