dear dld, how many series do I have to do of the entire excercise?

Instead of counting what I like to do is set a time limit. Say 15 minutes of Blasters. I say this because some men can go longer than others so repetitions are not as important as the quality of the workout.

Starting off little and increasing the time over time is how you should deal with many exercises!

But wouldn't someone who can do 10 SSJs in 15 minutes be better of than one who can only do three in the same amount of time?

half a dozen of one 6 of the other, makes no difference

People can get tired and need a break

thanks buddy, Is there any problem if I do not perform the A stretch? Every time I loose the grip. I do a blaster with a normal stretch. Is that okay¿?

I posted this in another one of your threads:

Those who have trouble with the A-Stretch use the LengthMaster to perform the stretch. Some men have thicker wrists than others and this can cause slippage making the stretch unfruitful. Using the LengthMaster (the PowerAssist portion) you will be able to do DLD Blasters with no issues. also, the LengthMaster offers so much more than just that. It is a hanger, a bundle and roll chamber, a PowerAssist and many other creative ways to use. It also allows men ultimate grip on all stretching exercises, if anyone has weak arms or experiences slippage, the LengthMaster is the way.

This exercise gives a great stretch with some kegel work on the side. Just bumping it for the guys who really want some length focus or those looking to incorporate some kegel work into their routine.

Bumping is so important!

i've been lurking over this exercise for some time

I really need to incorporate this into my routine my good darlings

DLD do u reckon the bundled blasters are slightly more effective than these blasters? either way probably best to start with these first before progressing to bundled blasters?

Now that you mention it, I think both should be used together. Perhaps every other stretch make it a bundle and see how that goes. You would be the only one trying so keep good track.

that's good thinking. i will certainly have to experiment with this and perhaps I will decide to officially implement it into my routine.

Please do and keep a good journal, I think you may be on to something good.

Magnificent exercise, made more powerful via the lengthmaster

DLD Blasters or one of the first exercises I came out with. This is during a time when people were not inventing exercises, they were using the same mold five exercises people of been using for hundreds of years. After DLD blasters I went hogwild inventing exercise, always pushing the intensity and looking to gain as quickly as possible. Since then people like you and other inventors have come forth with so many exercises. When we combine all the exercises that we have developed over the last 16 years it’s pretty amazing

I have recently started doing these except instead of the A stretch I do a downward and BTC bundle, kegel, reverse kegel stretch. I swear I haven't felt that dull pulling ache in a long time. That kegel and reverse kegel are so overlooked in the pull you feel.

Will be doing these daily. Great exercise!

Welcome back my brother, where have you been? It’s so good to see you. Yes you can do blasters with any stretch. It does not need to be done with the a-stretch to be done with any stretch.
