i am trying to get the hang of the blasters...i want to make sure i am doing them correct...am i suppose to pull or relax on the kegel and pull harder on the reverse kegel? and when i pull on the reverse kegel my penis doesn't wrap around my wrist it kind of stick straight out...is this suppose to happen? thanks
 
Relax on the Kegel slightly but pull hard on the Reverse Kegel.

Use something thinner than your wrist, a rod of some sort. A hammer handle works really good that's what I use (it's just the wooden part of a hammer). Search the forum for "RB's fake arm stretch" to see how to do it.
