Hey,
I was thinking of something. You're going for 13.6" NBP for the "record," but I bet you'd need less than that to be the "Most Well-Endowed Man in the World." That 13+ incher that was measured early in the 20th century by Dickinson is the all-time largest "scientifically-conducted" measurement.
I'm not sure there's anybody in the world today with even 12" or so. __________ claims to be 13" x 8" or so, but you could publicly challenge him to a measure-off (and I'd contact the same publications that ran his stories). If he balked, as I suspect he would, then you'd win by default - and he couldn't keep making the claims of having the biggest unit.
You might want to consider following Bib's hanging routine. I think he eventually worked up to 6 hours per day (actual hanging time) with 40 or 50 lbs.
