DLD - Abbreviated Routines?

A free day at home with no disturbances is a rarity, and when I have them, I'll do all the jelqing/ULIing/stratching I can. But for most of the week, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on super-short, super-intense workouts, for both stretch and girth. Jelqing is great, and DLD bends really work, but all that damn Vaseline and porno watching - great when I have the time, but a real pain (the bad kind!) when I don't!!!

I was thinking to alt stretch and girth days, 7 days a week. Any advice?

PS DLD, I haven't had a chance to tell you, but your program works great. I've done Penis Enlargement for years, but the last three months have been amazing - the wife has even commented -- as in "Ow, slow, slow, it's too thick..." Bless you!

I am so happy you are making gains! On the site there is a very intense 10 minute routine here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/members/Other Exercises.html. It is the top routine on this page. I can also customize any of the other routines for you if you'd like. Just name the routine and I will give you a scaled down version.

Thanks, DLD. And as I said, the site has been hugely succesful for me. That 10 minute might be too brief, though

The routines I've been looking for a condensed version of are the Phase 2 jelq exercises - 7 sets of 100 Forced Jelq and Bends (with each rep being 3 jelqs alone) is a great workout, but it takes too long. Also, I've been doing the Shock Girth Routine from the Forums, and wondered if there was a shorter version of that as well.

From my experience, Penis Enlargementing is like working out, and it's all about consistency and being realistic. And the biggest hinderance to both those things, for em at least, is unreasonably long workouts.

I hear ya. When i first started i was doing 1hr + routines but i would miss about 3 routines per week down to lazyness but know i just do 30 min's stretch 5 days a week and it seems better. Although its not as much and im not saying its as good as my past routines i just have more time for it and can stick to it more. But i will have to wait to see if the gains come in.
