Anybody can make this! You start with 15, 1 ounce fishing weights, pictured. They obviously dont have to be the same brand, as long as they are the same weight ;)

Get yourself one of these "travel size" shampoo bottles. They're sold in big bins in most stores for under $1 each. I hacked off the threaded neck, and then cleaned out the bottle real well. Fill the bottle up with the lead weights, seal it shut with some tape. I used electrical tape. Then, the rest is simple. See below. By the way, this bottle is 4.5" in "girth".

I just today found out that "Super tough" Band Aid brand band aids work really well for this stuff. Dont be duped into buying one of those $140++ weighted restoration devices that weight less than this!

ok after taping weights in ?? how about rest of instructions...just so I don't assume anything.

Simple, you just pull your shaft skin over the end of the 'cone'. Tape the skin in place.
