In the instructions you say the jelq should take 2 seconds per stroke

in the video you do the jelq in almost less than 1 second

on the drawings it says "movement should take a minimum of 10 seconds"

?:(

also, i assume it is ok to do the jelqing immediately after stretching if you only have time to do this once per day??

Whatever works for you. When I did jelqs I would take about a second on each one although they say to take 2 seconds. Its just a standard try what feels best for you and stick with it.

Jelqing after stretching shouldn't be a problem either. It is bringing blood into your penis so its good.

Moved this to the Newbie Forum.

The time per rep isn't crucial IMO. Just so long as you're getting a good expansion you should be fine. I generally do about 1-2 second reps.

The ten seconds thing - DLD has said before this was an error and will be corrected.

He has also said how in the video he is going a little quick, apparently Jen was standing in front of him naked at the time distracting him.

2 seconds is the correct answer, but as always listen to your body and do what feels right. People have done 10 sec jelqs and had good results (usually older men though trying to overcome other erection issues)

You are correct sir:)

A Jelq can last anywhere from 1 second to 10 depending on the person. When I wet jelg I enjoy a quick steady stroke of about 1 second per hand. If I am doing Dry Jelqs I lean toward 5-10 second strokes.

As the others already said this is all a matter of personal preference. I think that anywhere from 1-3 seconds is a good time. I like to do 2 sec jelqs. As DLD said on his paysite 10 sec jelqs are dry jelqs and are meant to give you the biggest expansion in the smallest amount of time. If you have more time go for 2-3 sec strokes. Experiment and see what works best FOR YOU!
