So When I joined earlier this year I told myself I would Grow to 8 inches by the end of next year however things soon changed and I lost motivation and track of time
Many months later I've found that I've lost some of the gains that I had aquired, got all the way uo to 6.7 inches (17 cm) bpel at one point ( I think a bit of that was EQ? I've been reading about? and the crazy curve my penis had) and I'm down to 6.3 inches (16cm) this was all within the first 3 months and after I aquired that I somehow just stopped doing it over time

I'm back at it again and I realise what I started for, even just the feeling of the stretch is great... Back on the road for 8
 
Could be an EQ issue or just a cementing issue. Also depends on when you measured, as temp gains can give a false impression of actual size increases.

Start a routine/workout log. List everything from your current issues, size you are currently, size you want to be, workout routine, and ETC.

Do you have any PE equipment?
Not sure on how you started initially, like what routine and all that. I would start w/ the newbie routine (< click the link).

A PE log really helps w/ motivation IMO. Even though I don't have one. I know that a lot of people get motivation by other people commenting on their thread and them having to update every now and then.
 
I actually started with andropenis stretcher so I Had that started like 1 hour a day worked my way to 4 hours minimum and up to 8 depending on if I had things to do etc... did that solid for 3 months and I got up to 6.7
It's been atleast 6 months since my last stretch and I'm 6.3 now so I think I lost a fair bit over that time... I'm back to the stretching and I'm thinking of getting something for the girth too
 
Was it comfortable wearing that extender?

Some people stop or take deconditioning breaks, then come back and regain all their lost gains over a shorter period of time.

You've already got the extender portion down, so you're good there.
I'm not sure what other exercises you were doing. Seems all you were using was the extender?

I would do newbie routine (18-22minutes) and then put on the extender and wear for however long you can (taking breaks when needed).

You also might look @ the LM. You can do a lot of exercises w/ that, even hanging.

Try to get another log going LMAO
 
It was alright I'd start tight then it'd feel too loose on my penis so I'd add a .5cm onto it every 2 hours or so to keep it at max stretch, and I'd give it air every 20 mins or so for like 1 min
All I was using was the extender I'd try doing the jelcing but honestly I'd just get hard and want to jerk off so I never got into it
I'd do the manual stretches sometimes at all the angles it talked about in the newbie routine
 
It's good that you're recognising/ adressing the issue of consistency now & doing something about it &#128512;
Here's a little story that might help motivate you;
Just the other day i was looking through my pc at old pics & saw my pre p.e measurements in a random folder, came to realise that with all the inconsistent mucking around i've done, all I've gained is 1cm bpel......since the start of 2011!! Was a really shitty feeling &#128528; but i did similar to yourself, pe'd for a while, got temp gains but never stuck with it long enough to cement them properly or exceed them & lost them which discouraged me & made me take longer breaks. Don't do the same Whatacharacter, time wasted = regret.
 
Yeah all I was using was the extender and I did some manual stretches too like 9 angles manual stretches for 2 mins each but that wasn't everyday that was more like 3 times a week...
I tried jelcing but honestly I just got hard and felt like jerking off so I never did many at all
I should've named this post Encouragement but I'm not the best at explaining things either. haha.

what did you start at before any p.e.? if youve made those gains it will be easy to make them again, and then some. you didnt cement them which is why they went
 
PE is all about consistency and staying motivated to make the main goal. This is why I suggest a 7 day a week routine, so that it becomes a habit and something you plan on doing until you make your goals happen. Taking time off just leads certain men to failure as they start to take more and more time off until consistency is a mess. Even if you go gentle on some of the days, at least you are still in the game. Also, gaining in a 3-5 month period usually needs to be followed up by cementing those gains to make them permanent, if you stop too early the gains will not be retained.
 
I was obsessed with that to have big package, thank God I've found penis enlargement, there is no such force on this planet that could stop me doing this, believe in PE and if you really want this, you will be enough motivated to make goals...
I started with 5.0 long dick and really thin also, now Im at 7.0 long and 5.3 thick, relax and go on to.workout, you'll be fine.
 
Well as it says there it was 5.9 I'm fairly certain the amount of gains I had in my first 3 months were due to the curve that my penis has, it used to be much more curved but thanks to the stretching it's become less curved, still got a huge curve though lol I started losing momentum after the 3 month period and started doing it less and less until I just stopped altogether.
I'm back to work now it feels good to stretch something that hasn't been stretched properly in a while.

what direction is the curve?

curvature correction in any amount regardless of gains is still progress
 
It curves fairly sharply to the left, and a little bit upwards. Great for fucking girls sideways, always got good results there, but leaves me with the worst insecurities hence the reason I started with the extender only because I was trying to correct the curve.

True, and in addition to slowly correcting the curve gains will be made.

Well I guess its not too bad since the chiks get to feel somethin different from the ol' missile shape. It'd be cool to invest time in making mine curve upward, but nah ill just focus on enlarging

When I started PE and through all of my gains I was with the same girl and she always enjoyed the fact that she had a different cock all the time. I was always getting thicker and longer and she noticed. I gained 4" in length and 2" of girth while I was with her, I imagine it must have seemed like she was cheating on me with all the different sized penis she was getting:)
 
So I'm very discouraged today a question popped into my head, and I couldn't find an answer online so I thought I'd ask my brothers on mos. so my question is, if your not circumsized and your 6.5 inches mseg and penetrate a women who's very tight or just normal tightness down there will she feel that your smaller because the foreskin retracts? how far back does the foreskin retract during penetration and does it feel smaller on the stroke in? Thanks in advance

Not at all, through the stroke the thickest portion is what will be felt most and if it is a quick stroke she will not be able to feel anything but the thickest portion.

Do not be discouraged brother. Any uncemented gains will be lost but the good news is that, you will get it back within 30 days of training. It is best to go 0.5 inches above your decided goalso that, when there is a loss, you don't lose your decided goal but the 0.5.
