"difference between lig/tunica soreness."

Up until now I have found it very hard to hit my tunica, basically I am alright when doing any stretch if its downward (down-left, down-right, straight out but slighty down...etc) but when it comes to stretching in the upward position it normally lose grip after about 10 seconds and get very frustrated, I think I know where I have been going wrong, I think I have been expecting the same sort of burn from an upward stretch as I get from a downward one and I don't think that happens, anyway, it's been frustrating for me up until now 'cause everytime I do a tunica stretch I feel like I am not doing anything so I am just going to do upward stretches even if I feel nothing, hopefully, eventually, i will feel the tunica!
(sorry for rambling)

I think, subconciously, I am expecting a lig burn (because thats what I am used to) but because I am not getting I am sort of cinvincing myself that the upward stretch is doing nothing, saying that I try to feel the tunica being stretched but I can't, I will look back at this thread some later time and probably wonder what I was going on about. :s

Just keep trying Lee. You will get it right in no time. The combination of tunica and lig stretches is the key. Don't overlook the tunica ones. Good luck.
