If these do not bring length gains nothing will! There is no better ligamental stretch than BTC as there is no limit to the lengthening. Stretching straight down will eventually reach a maximum due to length of ligaments. But when you go behind the cheeks there is no limit as now you can stretch all the way up your back.
 
Can somehow explain the BTC setup for me please? I would be using the hanger.
 
Very easy. Have a chair you can slightly recline/lean back on. Then, you need something of equal height to the seat of your chair to prop your feet up on in front of you. You attach your weights, sit down, scoot your rear end to the edge of the chair so the hanger skids drag on the edge of the chair seat allowing free movement of the hanger/weights, then lean back and prop your feet up. The angle is BTC.

Just stumbled across this thread :) interesting idea. I think for the reasons that SWM has outlined, it would be difficult to execute the expressive internal penis stretch that DLD created, via a hanger with weights.

I visualized in my mind, using a lengthmaster + hanger combo for this, with the LM positioned in its usual manner for the expressive stretch, with whole package inside, and the arms resting atop of the thighs.

The next part gets tricky. A hanger would need to be attached, likely it will be mid-shaft, otherwise potentially you risk slippage, or too much skin stretch if close to the base.

So, lets assume you can get a hanger fitted well mid-shaft, with nice wrapping, or sleeve to help. Okay ... that's done.

The next trick, is getting the angle right, and as this exercise requires a downward stretch, it will need a BTC-type angle being employed for it.

I could see this position being worked out with the LM in place, but if the execution works, I dont know unless I try it out myself.

SD [Straight Down] while seated, may also help if BTC isn't possible in this setup.

Lets again assume, you can get the LM in place, be seated with the arms over the thighs, whole package inside, hanger all setup on the mid-shaft, the weight is ready to drop, and session commence.

As the weight hangs over the edge of the chair your seated on, you will need to raise your thighs against the LM, in order for the expressive inner stretch to begin.

IF all is well at this point, the hanger can indeed stay attached, without issues, and the angle is good, then it could very well work as expressive stretching ..... this is how I understood what was being asked here.

I'm interested, curious if this will work. So, in the next few days, what I will do, is using a couple of pounds, the LM, and the hanger attachment with it, try and execute what I describe here.

If anyone else can understand what I'm saying here, and feel they would like a go, by all means try. Use 1-2lbs weight, be familiar with the expressive stretch, and hanging.

I’m so glad you bumped this thread because I was going to add this to the pyramid program that you were going to use. I knew there needed to be an expressive stretch and you just found the perfect one. So I’ll be adding this into SRT as far as the hanging portion goes.
