Hey everyone. I was just wondering about this since quite a few people in here mentioned that twisted ULIs and dry jelqs mainly help girth growth... Is it smart to do lets say 4 days of girth routine (like I have it in the progress section. dry jelqs with a few minutes of stretches inbetween) and 3 days of stretch routines? Or is it just better to incorporate everything into a work-out?
I'm asking this for a number of reasons, including the fact that the stem of my penis hurts a bit (might have twisted too hard or jelqed too hard), and also my main focus is gaining length .

Should I just stick with the: 10 minute jelqs, 5 minute stretch . repeat 3 times routine?
Or adapt a new routine with 1 day girth exercises, 1 day stretch etc?

Depends on what you're after. Are you going for length , girth or both. Personally I am trying for length first. Stands to reason the thicker it is the more effort it takes to stretch it.

Most people seem to agree that serious girth work needs a little more recovery than length work so you might want to at least consider doing 2-3 days girth work and 3-4 days stretching . Depending on your goals of course.
