Deep Penetration Experiment - With Dildo and Woman

I am currently conducting an experiment with the help of an ex gf.

I have devised a method for creating a dildo that has properties very close to that of an erect penis. The dildos have the firmness of an erection, but the softness of flesh and realistic flexibility without losing the ability to withstand bending during heavy thrusting. An ex of mine, who now thinks size matters after being with me (no brag, I'm 7.5 x 6 bp, so not huge or anything) has agreed to test different sizes and give me a detailed report about the pros and cons of them.

She has already tested the first prototype design, and when asked to score it against a real big dick, she gave it 7.5 out of 10, if 10 were the real thing.

Btw, I haven't been with a lot of women (10) but this girl was by far the tightest of them all.

The first dildo she tried was a commercial one. The Lex Caliber (8.5 x 6.4). She was only able to get 7.5 of the 8.5 insertable inches. Originally I thought that 7.5 was her limit, because I have actually bottom this girl out in her deep spot. Then she said the issue was that the Lex dildo was too rigid to angle into her deep spot properly, as it is dead straight, and has very little flexibility. She was able to hit bottom in the anterior fornix, but said it was uncomfortable, but if she tried for the posterior fornix, she said it felt like something in her would break.

She tried the first prototype (8.75 x 5.5) I made for 8 weeks, and said she was able to take 7.5 of it in the anterior fornix, and because of the flexibility, she was able to do so without it being uncomfortable. She also said it was easy to take. The issue was trying to get into the posterior fornix (deep spot). The dildo is constructed out of a simple two step process. Firstly a three part silicone mixture - the binary silicone mix, and then the silicone oil to soften it to flesh texture. Then 2 flexible plastic rods bound together with gaffer tape. The mixture is poured into the mould, and the rods inserted into the centre and the silicone allowed to set.

I asked her a lot of questions trying to figure out why she couldn't get the dildo into her deep spot, and finally figured out the problem. When I made the prototype, I set the rod into the silicone, but didn't let it sink down into the head of the toy because I wasn't sure how strong the silicone would be with so much softening oil in the mix, and was worried if there was an accident, the rod might bust through the head and hurt her.

This is what was also stopping the toy going deep - no rod in the head area meant that every time she tried to push it in there, the head would bend a bit, and direct the penetration off into the anterior fornix, and the whole dildo would follow. So now I am sending her two more designs to try, an 8 x 5.5 and an 8 x 6.25 (sizes she requested), apart from the size difference, the core rods will now be in the head, making sure they won't bend on initial entry into the deep spot. Now I know this will be safe due to testing the movement of the rod when hit with heavy impacts, and it won't budge at all.

I'll report the results from the new designs when I hear from her, but my guess is that if you want to go deep, having a very firm erection helps a lot.

I can tell you the result already. She will like the longer and more girth dildo.

I think the vagina is wider deep inside than it is at the opening. The classic baseball bat shape will fill the deep parts more completely and give more pleasure while not causing constant discomfort at the opening

But you have to count in that the vagina has more pleasure points/nerves at the opening and a bigger base targets the clit more.
I just try to think of a extreme baseball bat dick and an extreme cone shaped dick and Im pretty sure a cone shape would be more stimulating then the baseball shape.

I know its a deep penetration experiment but if you could give some variations in the dildo shape you may find even more..

Well the first prototype has a head 2" wide and 2" long, but the shaft narrows considerably about an inch before the head to create a deep drop off between the shaft and head, so the ridge is quite deep. She said she liked the the feeling a lot more compared to the Lex dildo which had a more tapered head. The new design on the larger one is not shaped like a real penis head at all. It is shaped like a church bell, only without the tapered tip, but its a bit wider horizontally than vertically, and its 2.5" wide, and . The second smaller one has a significantly smaller head, about 1.5" wide

I created a 3D model of the larger new design to make it easier to stick to the original concept that she wanted when I'm making the mould.

Okay the initial results are in. Before I go into them, I want to let all potential contributers to this thread know that I have been fairly restrained when snide and sometimes downright hostile remarks have beenb made by ignorant people in regard to the woman in this test. I won't tolerate it anymore. If you have genuine questions, or real input, then by all means post, but if you are just going to write some 15 year old mentality comment such as "only sluts that want to get ripped open want that" then my reply will be gloves off. Now to the results.

The first dildo used was 5.5 in girth. She said this was satisfying, but more could be better. She's tried the new model, which is 6" girth, and has struggled with it. First week though, so we'll see how she adapts. She's pretty tight, so I expected this. Her aim with this new model is to reach her posterior fornix, which she says for her, is on par with clitoral stimulation in terms of intensity. Btw the dildo used is very close to the flexibility/hardness of a real dick (she confirmed this in terms of feeling), so the results should be pretty close to the real thing. I'll report more results as I get them, but she said she needs time to adapt to the new girth, so no idea when that will be.

Essentially, a bit of girth goes a long way.

Well I'm BP 7.5 x 6 and when we first got together, it took her about two weeks of daily sex to adjust to my girth, so I'm assuming it will be similar for the dildo.

The toy is 11" long, but 3" is so there's something to grab onto. I've hit her posterior fornix before, but I'm not sure how strongly. She said she could feel upward pressure from the head of my dick, so it must have been at her limit, or close to it.
I'm betting she will probably take 8" of the dildo after using it for a while.

And no, my goal is, and has always been 8.25 BP length. Pretty happy with my girth, but ideally I would like 6.5, but will only work on that once I've reached my length goal.

No, I asked her a lot of questions about girth in general, and she said while the 5.5 is quite satisfying, its still "fairly easy to take" - as in does a good job, but it doesn't feel like she's at her limit for girth.

She's actually more of a length girl. She said length is more important because she's fairly tight anyway, and she feels girth more then the average woman, and its posterior fornix stimulation which really does it for her, but big girth is still definitely a bonus.

Could you say soemthing about her body type, height and weight? wide pelvis?

No, its big, not huge. Big is something that will take the average woman to her limit, or close to it. Huge is something the average woman could not handle, either in length, girth, or both.

There was some adjustment time in the beginning, but all the women I've been with took my size easily after that initial adjustment time, which was about 2-3 weeks of regular sex. Most of them I bottomed out, but some I didn't.

So, if they all handled the girth fine, and only some had their limits reached in length, then how can it be called huge? I consider huge to be needing lots of warm up time for the girth, and the girl feeling really stretched even then, and also if it were huge, it would have hit botton in ALL the women.

Sure. She's Caucasian, 5'3, and curvy. She has wider than average hips.
