Dark spots on glans after having sex with my "FWB"

I’ve had these reddish-brown spots on the tip of my glans for a few days now. I’ve taken a break from any PE and have been rubbing hydrocortisone on it several times a day.

I can’t pinpoint exactly what caused this, but I’m pretty sure it’s due to my usage of the SiliStretcher. Now I AM NOT blaming the equipment... in fact, I’ve used it for weeks with no issues prior to this. I was stupid and wore it with close to max pressure for a few hours at time, several times a day for almost a week.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what did you do to alleviate this and how long did it take?

Thanks!

What are you wearing the silicap when this happened?

Minor blistering can most definitely occur, along with fluid buildup, even while wearing the silicap. Finding the sweet spot for your glans shape will take time. I am still adjusting, trying to replicate my trouble-free hang session.

Looks like all the focus in the cap is right there, at the tip. Could be due to not having that PERFECT FIT, or just needs to condition itself to this new suction pull.

I too had the same exact spots during my first 2 hanging sessions with the vacuum cap. Ease into it....

Rest from the vacuum, lotion, Aloe Barbadensis, oil, massage, and minor heat should help to speed up recovery.

Thanks all. Now that I think about it, I was indeed wearing sillicap, but I had a slight air pocket at the tip. Now I’ll be more conscious about ensuring I have a perfect, air-tight fit

i had a blister and the scab fell off 3 days ago. theres a pink patch there now. I was told it takes 3 months fr it to fade away. is this true?

The skin on your dick recovers the same as skin on any part of your body (although it is a lot more sensitive), as long as you aren't re-injuring the same spot over and over I give it a week tops and you won't even know it was there ?

Keep a tube of hydrocortisone and a tube of bacitracin on hand at all times. After every workout be sure to use a pea size amount of hydrocortisone as a preventive measure to all skin issues in the future. Bacitracin will deal with any open cuts or sores.

Try and squeeze the blood out of the head before using any hanger.

Doing this will help reduce blood blister on the glans like this.

We've all been there. If you have silicaps, give those a crack, and with a small pin prick at the end to ensure a good fit.

As Red said squeeze as much blood as you can out of the head in every compression exercise so the skin issues will not arise.

I have something similar on my glands and a 5 or 6 small black near the glands and they don't go away with time. I noticed those spots a few months ago and they remained the same. Is this permanent, can they be removed?

There’s a few things you can do to get rid of this discoloration. The two methods that have worked best here are the Apple cider vinegar method which is an inexpensive method and the MOSred/alpha hydroxy method which Is more expensive. One other thread you might wanna search out is filmfreak as he had incredible success with his own methods.

I just bought hydrocortisone creme 2.5% I hope it helps. I will also try Apple cider vinegar. MOSred lamp is currently not within my reach as I live in Serbia, and I also do not have 250$ at this moment to invest in the lamp+ delivery.

I believe the usual sunlight also contains red light and luckily it is very sunny in my country. I just need to find some roof top or go in the woods nearby where I cannot be seen and proceed with tanning my tool :)

You can always use the discount codes and buy some items in bulk, that way you save some money, and help MOS too.

I bought the SRT combo plus some pumps with the discount code and came less pricey.

WIN WIN SITUATION FOR BOTH PARTS :)

Hold on a second, do not use 2.5% hydrocortisone, that is far too strong Use .1% hydrocortisone I’ll take a picture so you know what it looks like. Notice that says .1%.

The MOSred is the best way to get rid of discoloration by using alpha hydroxy 50-50 water/ah blend. But if you go this route be sure that you make it a 50-50 or you’ll be using far too much.

OK. I was using it already and I did not notice anything strange. In fact this 2.5% creme seems to not do anything. I don't feel anything. I will buy 1% next. In my country we do not have the same make you have. We have something locally made in a town pharmacy.

You may want to order it right from our store to be sure you’re getting exactly what I’m using. Just click on the word hydrocortisone and it will bring you to the product

Any update on if they’ve gone away or what works and what doesn’t
