Hey guys, I'm having a real problem getting this down. I seem to be getting pinched on the bottom hinge all the time. and if not on the bottom then on the top. It used to be on the top till I read Still's post about pushing down on the top of the penis to compensate, but it seems like no matter what, my dick gets smashed flat like a pancake and one of the hinges pinches it. I've tried toeing in and out and adjusting wrap , and just get frustrated with shitty results. I was wondering if I need a regular Bib hanger instead of a starter, but i'm only 7 BP x 5.25. Also, how the hell do you keep blood out of your head while putting on the hanger at the same time? Very seldom I do get a good stretch but toward the end my head is dark purple and sometimes feels cold. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Jake...I had trouble too. REad the directions that are posted by Still again and again. I did and they helped me tremendously. I think you need to open that bottom of the hanger up more. That is what I did and it works wonderfully now. And, yes you will have that blood problem in the head. You need to realize it and not hang more than 20 minutes. Then take it out, shake it out and reset it. Get back to us if this doesn't work. GS

I like to open the bottom a lot. Then I push down on the top while tightening the top one.

As I posted to Jakb, I believe the other day:

You want your penis to sit as low in the hanger ...as close to the hing as possible without actually touching the hing or bottom "teeth" of the hanger . Start by backing out the wing nuts all the way. Now, you can back out the bottom inner adjustment nuts. I'd suggest trying the adjustment nuts both evenly at first, out about 1/4". Snug the wing nuts down to tighten the bottom of the hanger , then place your wrapped penis inside and close the hanger . Squeeze all blood from the glans, then begin to tighten the top wingnut. The top teeth should be pretty close to meshed together...very little of the top bolt will be showing. You will know you have it (the hanger ) tight enough when you can tighten the hanger down enough using only the top wingnut so that when you pull forward on the hanger via the S hook, the hanger seats itself on the shoulders of the penis behind the glans, and does not move forward any farther. That is the anchor point that you want the hanger to seat on. The way I know that my hanger is tight enough before I start my first set, is when I can pull forward via the strap on the hanger with a good amount of resistance, and the hanger WILL NOT BUDGE, it is solidly anchored, and will NOT move any farther forward.

Move the adjustment nuts in, or out accordingly in small increments until you get it dialed in.

Also, how much wrap are you using? I only use enough to go around my penis about 3 times. The main purpose of the wrap being to gather up the skin and prevent pinching, also to provide a semi firm surface for the hanger to grab onto. You dont need to pile on the wrap , but at the same time, you need at least a couple layers.

Many guys new to hanging, either the idea mentally, or who have just started have many misconceptions, one of the MAIN ones being, 'hanging is easy, all I need to do is get a hanger, and I can get right to it!'

This is usually not the case. There's a definite learning curve to be gone through, lots of trial and error. Moreso than with any other type of Penis Enlargement I have personally experienced. However, in my opinion anyway, this is worth it. It can take many weeks, if not many months to truly learn how to hang properly for YOU. Each guy will have his little stipulations that he will have to figure out. Things like how much wrap works for YOU, what settings, what angles, etc. Not every guy can duplicate what the other guy can. My ideas and examples are just that. Ideas, and examples. LOL. On a serious note, they are what has worked for me. The reason I have gone to the trouble of posting pics when I can of what I have personally done, and what personally works for me, is to sort of provide a visual stepping stone. For a new guy to come along, take a look at the pics/posts, and be able to say "Hydromaxm, ok...now let me see what I can do, and if that will work for me, and then if not, how can I tinker with that idea, and make it work?"

The basic idea with the BIB hanger , is to be able to get your penis as low in the hanger as possible when you first put it on. Then, what I do is give the top wingnut a few turns, flip my penis and hanger over so I can get a look at the bottom, and if my penis is sitting in the gap of the hinge area, which it usually IS....I push it a up a little, and out of that gap to avoid pinching when I start to tighten the top wingnut down. I only need to do that once. I then, flip the hanger back over so I'm looking down from the top view. I'm think totally non sexual thoughts. I know a lot of guys new to hanging , and/or Penis Enlargement in general have a big problem with the slightest DRAFT of air causing an erection...;) believe it, I had the same problem. It's just a thing you have to get over, and will get over with a little patience.

Next, I will squeeze my glans, and hold it squeezed for a few moments. This helps 'drain' the glans of blood. Now, I will begin to tighten down the top wingnut. This is when I am pushing down on the top of my penis (front and back) as I have described in other threads to avoid being pinched by the top teeth. I tighten the top wingnut down until the teeth are pretty much completely meshed together and the amount of visible top bolt is maybe 1/4" or less. That is how it should be. If you cannot get your hanger that tight without causing yourself pain, you need to try a different setting on the bottom.

There are no shortcuts. You cannot avoid all the tinkering...the trial and error of tinking with the bottom adjustments. If you cannot tighten the top nut enough as described above, you need to take off the hanger , back out the bottom wingnuts again, and then back out the adjustment nuts a little more, and then re-snug down the bottom wingnuts. Only move the adjustment nuts in, or out in small increments of 1/16" or a LITTLE more at a time. You will be VERY surprised at how BIG of a difference only a couple turns of the adjustment nuts can make to the overall fit, and feeling.

You'll figure this stuff out man. Just keep trying. ;)

wow, i haven't even gotten mine yet, but all this tinkering and trial and error is beginning to worry me. i hope it's not too difficult. btw, when you say it takes a while to learn (weeks, months, etc.), does that mean that we will be hanging incorrectly for those weeks until we get it right? or just not as effectively?

You'll be hanging less effectively. Dont get me wrong, you'll still be getting a good stretch more than likely, even when first starting hanging , you have to stretch skin, and other things too. While using the lower weights is the best time to learn how to hang properly. It's not that difficult, you dont need a degree in rocket science, and a double MBA to learn to hang, it just takes longer to learn to do so than other types of Penis Enlargement like I've said.

That should not scare anyone away though. Not at all. It's totally worth learning how to do properly.

The key things to learn in the beginning, are how much wrap you need, how to wear your hanger so that you can make it tight enough to hang with using the weight levels you need, things like that. Once you figure out those two main things, the rest....like the fine tuning on adjustments for example, can be figured out.

Still,
Thanks a lot for the reply! I never thought about flipping the hanger and pushing down the bottom. And you're absolutely right, I have a ton of tinkering I have to do, it just seems very tedious and frusturating when things aren't going the way you want and you're on a tight schedule. I really appreciate the time you spent giving detailed instructions, it makes a world of difference in painting a clear picture which helps us newbs understand!
