I hate to say this, as it embarasses the hell out of me, but does anyone know how to get rid of cysts on your testicles? Ive had them about 4 to 5 years. Some about the size of a small pea but the rest are small. Ive tried popping them with no luck, but am embarassed to go to a doctor about it. Any thoughts?

Never pop a cyst, it will cause extensive damage to surrounding tissue. But are we talking about on your scrotum or on your actual balls? Please let me know and I will advise best.

I just had a dose of antibiotics; I usually refrain from them, but I did have few bumps and the doctor prescribed them.

As DLD said, don't poke them by yourself. Cysts especially can have a wall inside your skin and even if there's a discharge the wall can remain behind; this can cause for the cyst to come back again.

It is best to visit the doctor to be safe! To rule out anything worse than a cyst and to get a peace of mind if it just something natural.
For me the antibiotics seemed to calm things down but one must remember antibiotics also kill good bacteria; now I'll be taking a load of probiotics for a while.

I can share the feeling about not wishing to visit the doctor when it comes to your "downtown." Or visiting a doctor in the first place, but one tip: Just wear clothes that are easy to take off!

On the scrotum DLD, none on the actual balls but just on the skin. Left side is worse but its just embarassing. I think thats my reason for trying PE

I would probably just go to the doctor and forget the embarrassment factor. The remedy may be something really simple and I am sure that doctors have seen things far worse than that, just my .02

No need to see a doctor, are these small bumps? How big would you say they are and what color do they appear to be? This could simply be goosed skin, ingrown hair, pimple, PPP, but a cyst would not be able to grow on the scrotum, there simply is not enough tissue. Please let me know the answer to these questions or simply post a picture.

I have about 3 or 4 the size of a pea, then about 25-40 small ones

If you don't mind, please attach a hi-resolution photo of these bumps. It will make it much easier to diagnose.

I dont know how to attach a photo, but if you google fordyce spots, it looks like them. The 2nd pic that comes up

That is exactly what I was saying, they are more than likely PPP. Now with that in mind there is a fix, one far better than probing and poking at them! Get a tube of smokers tooth paste and apply to effected area 2 times a day, leaving it on the skin to dry. This will soon dry them up and they will flake off. This takes about a month.

After seeing the pictures:

These are larger than the typical PPP and I see why you are concerned. I think it still is PPP but can not say for certain. I would try the treatment and see if it gets rid of them. If they do not go away after the treatment you will want to go to the doctor and get a medication for cysts like pregnasone or tetracycline. The treatment is very simple; Get a tube of smokers toothpaste and apply to the affected area twice a day. Leaving it on to dry completely. After a couple of weeks they should start flaking off, the larger ones may take more time. If you are not seeing any improvement the next step is to see a dermatologist.
