I'm basically doing the newbie routine that DLD has laid out in the newbie section. I've been told this is the same as phase 1...not sure. Anyway, I made a few changes to it so here's exactly what I'm doing.

5 min hot wrap
3 sets of:
1 minute straight down stretch
1 minute down/right
1 minute down/left
1 minute V stretch
20 minute jelqing
20 minute testicle massage/ball jelqing
shower

Later on in the day I have been doing another 20-30 minutes of ball jelqing and either 20 minutes of jelqing or 20 minutes of ulis or horse squeezes (yesterday I did some uli horses...those were crazy!!)

Last Thursday, when I officially started this routine ( I had been doing much less because of being at home), these were my measurements:

1/15/04:
FL: 5 3/4
BPFSL: 7 9/16
FG: 4 3/8
NBPenis EnlargementL: 6 5/8
BPenis EnlargementL: 7 5/16
EG: 5 1/16
base EG: 5 1/2

Thursday will be my official measuring day, so today these are my measurements:

1/22/04:
FL: 5 7/8 (+1/8)
BPFSL: 7 9/16 (0)
FG: 4 3/8 (0)
NBPenis EnlargementL: 6 3/4 (+1/8)
BPenis EnlargementL: 7 3/8 (+1/16)
EG: 5 1/16 (0)
base EG: 5 3/4 (+1/4)

Not sure how I gained 1/4'' in base girth...maybe I measured wrong last week. Anyway, that's all for now. Tune in next week to this same thread.

Yeah it seems to be so far. I had done some very basic Penis Enlargement stuff in the past with pretty good results, but got lazy about it in November and just started back up a few weeks ago. But I was at my house for the Christmas break so I couldn't really start a vigorous routine. But I was excited about getting this apartment this semester (last semester I was in dorms) so I could have plenty of time with ol' Cyclops. Going great!

BTW I just mailed in my payment for the site today so I can really start beating the crap out of my penis. rofl

Crap...bruised my head yesterday. So I'm taking the day off and hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

I've been back in it since then...going well. Didn't have a very good jelq session today but oh well, it happens. Tomorrow will be good. Still at it with the ball jelqing. Hanging just slightly lower so far and my balls look and feel bigger after a good ball jelq session. I'll measure again Thursday.

Well this week has sucked as far as Penis Enlargement. I had that bruised head one day and then Tuesday I gotreally sick so I didn't Penis Enlargement then, yesterday or today. Hopefully I'll be well enough tomorrow to start back again. Here are my stats for this week:

1/16" a week is a huge growth rate. That's 1/4" a month, or 3" a year! Considering some people take a 6 months to get 1/4", you're doing great :)

Yeah I guess that's true. I think I'm growing so fast because I've never done stretches until the last couple of weeks. I've jelqed on and off for like 3 years but never any stretching . So it's kinda like beginner's luck I think.

So it looks like I'll be doing the DLD blasters for length , and ulis, horse 440s, uli horses (intense!) and constricted stuff for girth. I'm getting sick of this skinny penis. My next goal is 8x6. Then I think I'm going to go for 9x6.5. We'll see. I should be getting my ROP in the next week or so.

Routine update: I now do alternating length and girth days. One day I'll do just girth, the next day I'll do just length . I'm mainly focusing on intense girth work though, and my stretching days aren't very intense. I basically do Phase 1 stretching for a longer amount of time. For girth I do 20-30 minutes of constricted ulis, horses, and uli horses. Haha. IN that order. One minute of each stretch , with about 10-15 seconds rest in between. Whenever I need to massage back up to a full erection I take a break and do it. I also kegel lots of blood in between exercises so I can really get an intense workout. Fun!

6 days a week. 3 girth, 3 length . Although I've been slacking a bit on my length stuff because I'm mainly going for girth right now.

WOW!!

I did my first clamp session (I was just using a shoelace) and it was great! I got almost 3/8" bigger by the end of 20 minutes, and it wasn't even all that good of a workout. I was doing something else at the same time so I wasn't totally focused on it. But still, it was by far the best girth workout I've done yet. Thanks so much to Shojii for selling me some clamps because I couldn't find any. And thanks to RED for his clamp guide and Still for his demo thread. Both were very helpful. I feel like I can definitely get to that 6 inch girth I'm going for with these. Good stuff.

Measurements come on Friday. I'll be getting a digital camera this week so look for my pics soon also.

Bah, I got the camera and it doesn't work (that's what I get for buying one of the $10 jobs on Ebay). So it will be a few more weeks until pics, but I'm still measuring tomorrow <excited>.

1/16 of an inch in BPenis EnlargementL and also in EG. 1/8" in base EG. Not bad, but I was hoping for more within a month. I did get a bit lazy a couple weeks back though. I'll be sure to hit the exercises hard this month.
