"Curvature problem!"

Hoo,

My curve to the left has gotten slightly bigger in my days now. I was wondering, what is the most effective way to straighten curvature? I've searched but didn't find that much. Alot of different opinions, so let's gather around and decide how i can get this curvature to not get worse! thanks! :)

Thats fine, the reason I asked is because there is a complete curvature workout on the site and it would have been easy to just give you the link to the viideos and graphics.

Anyway, when I made the Curvature Routine I worked very close with a gentleman that had a severe curve and we were able to almost completely straighten out his curve. The actual workout is modified versions of jelqs and stretches that put priority against the curve. This principle can work with any routine.

nopes not yet, but im gonna try this: when you jelq, one hand at the base and the other one does a regular jelq but pushes to the right a bit (if you have a curve to the left). and maybe doing some stretches more to the right than to the left.

I've got a slight curve to the left. Less than what it used to be 4 months ago, but still visible.

I do Uli bends (made up the name, exercise probably exists somewhere... :)). Do a five second Uli, then loosen your grip, kegel and regrip. Wait another five, then kegel/regrip again. This time, count ten whilst gently bending.. the stretch is huuge :)

hangh - bend against the curve only. Bend up and down if you wish, but never bend in the same direction as the curve.

nods, I have only been bending down, a-stretch and to the right (opposite of the curve) and wet jelq/dry jelq against the curve.
