Ok, so i've moved up from a suped up phase I to an extremely suped up phase I...the last one I did is basically cut in half. Let me know what I should change, if anything at all on my routine.

8 minutes for each; up, down, left, right.

800 rotary cranks

for the first half of every stretch (30 seconds)
I reverse kegel, then just stretch for the last 30.

(keep in mind, im doing all this like phase I, this is just broken down into totals.)


20-30min wet jelq

1-4 hour golf weight ads.

Hold in one kegel for an hour each day.


time: approx. 70min, no breaks. (stretching )

6-7 days a week.

Hmm, looks like a pretty intensive routine! This is just a kind of personal thing but I would add it at least 1 rest day, if not more. Although it may seem like taking a step backwards at times, rest days make sure your buddy has a chance to fully recover and helps make sure that you don't get immune to the routine you're doing and require a few weeks off to see gains again.

Also, was the kegel for 1 hour just a held kegel or were you going to do pulses and such as well? I think with kegel's a varied routine would help a bit because again the muscles getting used to stuff, etc. etc.

And for stretches it might just be better to hold the reverse kegel for the whole time, that way you get the maximum stretch for the duration!

Well, just my 2 cents, looks good though and very intense! You'll definitely see gains! Good luck!

Rotary cranks just like your avatar lol. Excellent. Try my new three-legged stretch . It is intense. Awsome length exercise.

Girth. Go clamping. Do some power jelqs (kegel hard trap blood jelq it, repeat), try super setting compression squeeze + DLD bends. Check out my routine, I feel like I am going to pick up some girth soon :)

BTW good job on the current gains and good luck for future ones!

Girth was difficult for me for my first 1.5 years. I am not sure what the problem was but my gains were minimal. I never let it get me down and one day I just started gaining. Now I feel like I can gain unlimited girth and length gains are becoming hard to come by. I guess Penis Enlargement is like that.
