Hey guys, I'm just curious as to how many people on the board actually are members of a gym or work out with equipment at their homes or other whatnot. I've noticed that there are quite a few members who seem to have a good understanding about health and fitness, and I couldn't be more pleased with that.

So all you gym rats sound off and let us know that you're hard at work building not only your penis, but your entire body in general.

I'm a member and a trainer at the YMCA here in town. I've been working out since I was 13. Loved it since the first time I picked up a weight. I've loved being a trainer since I started when I was still in High School. I worked with some of my buddies on the football team, since they figured he goes to the smart school, he must know what he's talking about. I read a lot, that's how you learn. Read stuff by those who know, and formulate your own theories and functioning truths, and go for it. That's how the protein saturation diet came about, there are similar, food is food, but it took a lot of work to put together, and I hope it is of some use to someone on this board. Holla

i lift at my old high school. I get an alumni price drop that beats out the fees at any fitness place around where i live.

I lift 3 times a week and do cardio for 3. I am pretty big into weightlifting (it gets rather boring here in MN at times).

Good to hear fellas. I myself have been lifting since my sophomore year in highschool (5 years ago), but have always been health concious as I've always been an athlete.

Been lifting for several years, but seriously only the last 2.5-3 years. I work out at my local neighborhood World's Gym. I try to get to the gym 5 days a week.

Been a runner, swimmer, cycler and rower.
I do all four in moderation now and again, has SLIPPenis EnlargementD in the last 6 months with new work and all.
I did hit weights hard like 2/3 years ago and achived nice big pecs and biceps, but they kinda died abit lol but I have a nice build, with big shoulders and back muscles.
Also have VERY long arms, which did me good when I boxed.
