Cul de sac question

This is for the longer dudes. I'm about 7 and in most of my girlfriends I've been able to reach the cul de sac in certain positions. What I'm wondering is how much can this area expand? Has anyone hit bottom and then through time and effort been able to get everything in? Just looking for some real life experience so I know what I'm getting into

They will adapt somewhat, and it also depends how turned on they are. At first my wife can take about 6.5"-7", but after she is warmed up she can take 8" usually. When we first started dating she could barely take over 6", so it will "break in" so to speak.

I agree with this, I've been together with my girl for 3 years and it seems that it has gotten a bit deeper and she can take more of it then usual. Some positions that I used to bottom out in I am finding it harder to bottom out now in those particular positions.

For me only certain positions made this happen but when in that position it was a gallon or more! Insane! I was able to make this happen at 8.5".

I would say the best position is her on top so she can take as much as possible and she is in control of where your penis is going. The idea is to get around the cervix and to do that we need to be long enough depending on how deep deep her vagina is. Use your fingers to get an idea of how deep her cervix is and As this will give you an idea of how long you need to be.

during arousal, her cervix (for most women) will retract a bit that exposes a less obstructed pathway to the cul-de-sac. The key, if she's had discomfort from her cervix being hit, is the level of her arousal...women are far different than us and whatever 'stage' the are in can directly affect the amount of pleasure they can achieve. Once you've become larger than she's experienced, 'trust' becomes the key component. If she believes you're able to 'listen' to her body, the more apt she'll be to 'open-up'

I will share my background and how I came to PE , because this forum is WAY MORE than just the website where guys come to talk about what exercises to do to get a bigger penis , BUT... at the time being I would prefer to refrain from that closeness with women and so ( guess it’s not that bad at the age of 21) and since I am only 5’5-5’7 all this info just goes to the «sex theory box” of mine ???

*pro-tip* every single woman that I've experienced is different in her own, feminine way...and to put a finer point to it, each woman is nuanced at any time/day/week/year, so just when you think you have her buttons, she moves them
