Okay this is an old but very good effective tunica stretch I have used for years now in my constriction [clamping] routines with success.
They are called Constrictorised tunica stretch\Tunicae constrictorised stretch [CTS\TCS]
This has been posted here before but got deleted in a server move by mistake several years ago, so without anymore delay's here it is
I refer to them simply as CTS or TCS and they work very simply by stretching the constricted fully engorged penis as far upwards externally as it can go.
This is more for external tunicae enlargement and not like expressive stetches which target the internal 'hidden' penis which is mostly made up of tunica although you will get some internal stretch aswell when done constricted and if done with enough force.
Very simple indeed. Simply become constricted and fully engorged.
Take your penis just beneath the glans [head] and pull upwards towards your chin or the penis'es 12 O'Clock ... it will be touching your stomach as this is being executed.
During this stretch you WILL FEEL a very intense stretch to the external penis we see ... you may see the penis chambers stretch if you will by looking carefully.
Your pulling the penis past its normal erect length via this 12 O'Clock angle via the tunica which will in time yield more length gains.
Hold the stretch for as long as you can and repeat until fatigued and by this I mean that you can't do anymore as the penis feels stretched enough.
If you cant seem to do this than try a routine of 10-15 second holds for 10-15 minutes and eachweek increase the holds by 2 seconds and the workout by 3 minutes until you reach a time your happy with and keep going higher in intensity but only you can gauge this.
I do as many as I can until I hit fatigue and my internal external penis is sore, you will feel it inside the chambers to the touch but isnt a painful touch.
Something I do aswell is with my otherhand grip around my scrotum and pull my testes towards the ground or a 6 O'Clock angle to get alittle more tension to the skin and also stretch my sack at the same time.
Lastly, you can do this with foreskin pulled back or not. I have tried both but FEEL more of a stretch from pulling my skin back and gripping around underneath the glans with the skin back compared with the skin covering the glans but that method seems to target the inner portion of the tunicae more and you will know what I mean when you try both if you are uncut that is.
The skin seems to create more force by covering a wider area and stretching the entire shaft as at the end of the day with that method you are pulling the shaft directly.
With the skin pulled back and gripping underneath the glans, your not actually gripping the entire shaft as much ... hope you understand where I'm comming from here, as its hard to explain by words but feel is best.
As you than pull with the skin back method you feel more of the penis you see with your own eyes being stretched, the penis that is CLAMPenis EnlargementD being stretched and this feeling is great and I do this method the most now but have done both.
Do which you prefer.
Before I forget remember to stimulate yourself to full erection again after each stretch so that eachtime you stretch your at the MOST erect you can possibly be in that clamp and its THIS that helps make this so bloody intense and effective .... do not underestimate the effectiveness of this exercise at all as it works by pulling the constricted penile chambers inside that are filled with blood as these are easier [My opinion] to target when erect than with flaccid work and as they stretch and are held plus repeated often it yields more length gains.
Try this flaccid to get my point and you will UNDERSTAND everything ... the penny will drop ... erect stretching is more effective than flaccid stretching but is potentially more dangerous and caution needs to be used at all times.
