I grip at the extreme base, sorta reaching into the fat pad to get the grip set. I kegel then follow by increasing the grip pressure. I slide into the first motion, holding the kegel through the entire process. As my grip nears the glands, I grip with my other hand and follow with a second motion. Finally, I follow with a third motion from the original hand. I rest for a second and repeat. I would say each motion is about 2-3 honest seconds, not a quick count. It's a little slower than DLD's demo clips. The first ever workout, I did about 30 of these sets of three jelqs. Ever since, I've tried to increase it by 5 sets, or 15 jelqs, every night or two.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Do you think I should increase from three reps in a series?
