hello guys , did a search on this forum ,also but dind't find the information , how do i DO these ?

these are a part of beginners workout !

Welcome to MoS mate !

Cranking Rotaries are very simple. You stretch your flaccid penis out exactly the same as when you are doing a basic stretch . Then keeping the stretch on, you "crank" your penis around in a circle. Vary how big and wide the circles are and do it at a controlled pace with the stretch always on.

This exercise hits the ligs in a variety of ways.

Personally I found I couldnt do them without erections so dropped them and just increased my other stretches to compensate. Most people seem to have no probs doing them tho.

are you supposed to hold your testis while doing this ?

one hand rotate other hands hold the balls ? or let the whole package move ?
