Can someone give me an explanation of what to do for that?

also for jelqing how hard should u squeeze . . im just begingi so i figure for the first week just slowly increase pressure and then after that just squeeze as hard as i can? would that be right?

Also Can I get a link to DLDs entire Routine I could only find phase 1 the newbie routine.

Just squeeze hard enough to move the blood and get that expansion going on. However hard you have to squeeze to make that happen is up to you and your penis.

As for the cranks, I've never done them, but I would imagine you'd just rotate your gripping hand in a circle as if you're turning a big steering wheel.
 
For rotary's make a circle with the end of your dick in the air when fully stretched.

And to get DLD's full routine you have to subscribe to the paysite, otherwise you only get phase 1 which itself is very effective. Good luck!
 
Rotary cranks generate a good lig burn if done with enough force. I do them daily.
