1. While doing the newbie routine stretches i pull with 2 hands. One right below the glans and the other near the base. I know Penis Enlargement is not really a science but will this hinder my gains in any way? I seem to get a better lig burn this way also.

2. Reverse Kegel ... I'm sure this has been answered before but how do you know if you are doing them correctly? I noticed someone in an earlier post stated that they could masterbate longer if they held a reverse kegel. I tried this and it felt like i was going to piss out my semen.

3. I would like to incorporate tunica stretches into my Penis Enlargement routine with the lig stretches im already doing. If ne1 has some advice on a good way to do this type of stretch it would be greatly appreciated.

If you are feeling the burn better this way then i suggest you go with that. Like you said, Penis Enlargement isn't rocket science - and if something really feels like it is working you, then it probably is!

What do you mean it's not science?? I disagree as it rooted in the same scientific principles as when a runner stretches his/her hamstrings. You're applying tension to a groups of tissues/ligaments, and after time the body overcomes this tension by elongating/growing the tissues to compensate. Another example is if you routinely pulled on one of your earlobes everyday, over time it will stretch to the point that it will hang lower that the other. Penis Enlargement is most definitely rooted in science, if it wasn't it wouldn't work and Esquire magazine would be correct.

Likely that you are just kegeling. If "forcing it out when your taking a leak" explanation doesn't work. Just try focusing on keeping the PC mucle absolutly relaxed, in other words do not kegel at all cost.

I have always done this. As a matter of fact, I sometimes pull against it as I describe in my BUNDLED DUAL-TUNICA STRETCH .

Pushing the flow of urine is the best way to describe reverse kegels. You can practice while you pee but you do not have to pee to do the muscle movement.

Any upward stretch will work the TUNICA. There are many variation on this and you may want to do a search under TUNICA.
