I'm doing these lately with my girth sessions and they help expand the front of my shaft and glans more so than just doing two handed type squeezes or ulis. Easier to understand than ulis too...I've seen some guys confused over how to "uli" correctly. In the first pic, all I have done ....all you need to do really....is get around 60% erect, grip toward the base and then, pull forward until youre around 2 inches behind the glans. Your glans and front of the shaft should be expanded and with a tight enough grip you should feel some pressure in both areas. I like these because they utilize the entire gripping hand. I hold this for 10 seconds, release my grip, kegel for a little more blood, repeat to this step...where youre holding the grip a couple inches from the glans....then, see the next pic.

Now, to really aid in expanding the front of that shaft...lots of pressure too when done right. I simply take my other hand and squeeze down fairly hard (using common sense of course!) on the engorged glans. Again, I hold these for 10 seconds or longer...sometimes until my grip gets tired.

Nope, the first hand from pic one is held in place. The other hand squeezes the engorged glans and puts more pressure in the area between the two hands....it's specifically designed to work the front of the shaft which tends to get neglected....at least when I personally do squeeze type exercises.

I've been doing something very similar to this at work since I can't get in a good jelquing session there. I just move up and down the shaft with these squeezes for about 5 minutes. You can really see and feel the shaft getting streched.

hi Still, good to meet you in the chat room for a few minutes. I want to thank you for the help you gave me on getting that bib hanger to hold right. My problem was I had not read the "operators manual" and you challenged me to do so. As a result, I am able to hang without hurting and for longer and more repeated times. My problem was I had not adjusted the back hinge, just put it on and tightened it up. What a difference adjusting the hinges make. Thanks.

And, for these squeeze for girth exercises, I also have been doing a variation of them. I have seen the glans increase tremendously. I am convinved we will not see any growth unless we push to expand what we already have. It often seems like we are hurting but with stretching and squeezing, we are increasing the amount of blood in the chambers, making them larger. Great posts Still, keep encourging us!!! GS

i have been doing these but didnt know they were an actual exercise, i have been doing em to lessen the curve i have, just seemed to make sense that this would help to reduce the curve
