When in the bathroom tear off a piece of toilet paper with several sheets on it. Wrap around penis. With the left hand grip you penis just behind the glans with a backwards upsidedown ok grip (palm facing away from body). Stand next to the sink stretch straight out and place your hand holding your penis againt the counter. place the other hand on top of your hand holding the penis and press down hard. Then squat, letting your body weight do the pulling work. Hold this position as long as you can. Stand up release your grip and rest for 1 minute. Repeat this 5 times.

I used to do a counter stretch too, mine is different but I still think it's cool:

Counter Stretches
Grabbing your penis from the back between your legs pull upward into your crack. Now in a standing position place the heal of the hand holding the stretch on the edge of a counter. Now by simply applying more body weight this stretch can provide very good tension.

Reverse stretch - cool. I try that one too.
